Sean has been absolutely great to work with. He is always available by phone or text whenever I need him, and he is extremely flexible with my schedule and transport needs. Shipped my car from FL to CA. Wavex Logistics agent Peter James was quick to respond, he found a competitive price, arranged pickup and delivery dates with shipper/driver and provided timely updates. Car arrived ahead of schedule and in good condition.
Peter James is an excellent agent I enjoyed working with him. He was transparent with all the information, patiently answered my questions and stayed focused throughout the process. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and kind professionalism.
There were mechanical issues with the trucks of the independent operators which is out of the control of Wavex Logistics. Peter James quickly pivoted, found alternate solutions and provided timely updates. Problems are always going to come up, it's how they're resolved that makes the difference. Peter James was resourceful, hardworking and had a positive attitude.
My shipping experience with Wavex Logistics was very positive. I greatly appreciate all the support and patience I received from Peter James. I would not hesitate to ship with them again.

Hello my name is Robert McDonald and I have recently had my car shipped from Fairfax VA to North Port FL at a really good deal compared to other shipping companies in which I have gotten other quotes from and the female agent that was working with me Phrilli Ron did a remarkable job through out the whole shipping process from start to finish she kept in contact with me daily contacting me multiple times through out the day and night up until the time of pick up until the car was delivered to me... My car was picked up on Saturday the 12th at about 5pm and it was delivered to my home address on Tuesday the 14th at 11:30am and it actually would have been delivered on Monday the 13th probably between 7pm and 8pm but when the transport driver was passing through Tampa FL unfortunately he had a blowout on one of his truck tires and had to get to the nearest truck stop and stay the night there and wait for the repair shop to open the following morning so that he was able to get a new tire installed on his truck... And not only my agent Phrilli Ron but also the transport company manger George and the driver himself Sean all stayed in contact with me and I would like to say that I'm very happy with the service in which I received through out the entire process and I have no problem recommending this company to whoever may need to have a vehicle shipped at a fair rate and the communication process in which I have received was wounderful... Thank-You very much Phrilli Ron, George, and Sean

Harry Thompson really came through for us and providedexcellentcustomer service! He found a great fit for our vehicle transit needs and was able to get the job complete. Agent Sean was nice and answered all my questions. First time ever shipping a car. He indicated there would be vehicle tracking to monitor its progress which was very important to me. (We did not get this)I asked all the questions prior to booking with them: can we set a particular day and time frame window for pickup as my dad would be on one end and me on the other. I mentioned we would not leave keys in car for pickup and wanted to assure this company would offer personalized pickup/drop-off as well as a schedule 4 hour window. The following day after making a deposit, the agent called me up to say they needed more money as a deposit because they may have a backup driver collect the car, but he needed additional insurance. I refused as this was outside the contact terms. Whilst the total amount remained the same, I do not understand why more money was needed up front and how this was my problem. The driver texted my father twice and said he would be there before noon. At 2:30 I get my dad calling me up irate and pissed off that the driver now says he will be there at 3:30. My dad refused to wait. When he said to the driver you can come at 9:30PM, driver canceled. Sean was able to get a new driver the following morning and vehicle was delivered safely to us. In the end that is all that matters.... however wouldn't it be nice if contractors/truckers say they will be there at x time and show up at x time? Wouldn't it be nice not to have a dad call up on a rant about contractors inability to maintain a promised schedule and wouldn't it be nice for me not to have to take additional time to have vehicle rescheduled for pickup when I am at work. The agent was nice and tried his best, but for some reason there are factors perhaps outside his control that leaves me to give 2 stars. I would use another company if I had to do this again. It takes all hands on deck to have a superior customer service experience and for us, it was challenging.

Harry from Wavex Logistics was amazing, he broke his butt to book my vehicle, the truck drivers and dispatchers he was dealing with were difficult, but Harry assured me my vehicle would get there safe, He always keeps in contact and answers the phone and your questions.

Talk about service. I moved from New Jersey to Texas. Car arrived in the exact condition it was shipped in. The drivers were kind and very friendly and on top of communicating with me. All made possible by a wonderful rep named Janet. Janet was there for me from beginning to end including after I got my car delivered to make sure everything went smoothly. 5 star! If I ever need to move my car again in the future, I know who I’m calling. THANKS AGAIN JANET!

I was shopping around for companies to ship my car. I was super skeptical and leary because your putting your trust in some company that you dont even know if its legit! But janet Miller the lady that I worked with made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She took care of everything upon after contracting them. I came with a budget on the first vehicle that I had shipped and we were kinda off on the numbers and she tirelessly looked and looked until we found someone that was close to my budget! She responded to allll of the million questions that I had during her work hours. She texted me and kept me in the loop about everything. She did so well I even went back to janet Miller for my second vehicle. I had a strict budget in mind that I wanted to work and told her what I wanted to spend and she got it within a few dollars. The pricing is very competitive also. TRUST ME I've looked around n around . Im buying another vehicle to soon. The first person im going to is janet!!! My experience with this logistics company has been a really positive easy experience !! Thank you Janet!!!!
