yes i took a little while to get my problem resolved. its on my part i geuss. i should have got a hold of a live agent right away other then. emailing for help. but i got my plugins installed and activated 5 mins after talking my the most helpful guy Khussh. He gave me a link to apply for my 2ed license to use on tell i am able to recover my 1st license. thanks for the awesome plugsa and 5 star plug ins and help. cant wait to make some more money when i get a job again. And get more of these top notch plug ins. much love from Canada.

I had a problem with InTrigger. The support I called by telephone was very competent and very patient, empathic and helpful! First of all it is very cool of waves.com to be available on the phone these days....I wish other companies would do the same! Most companies are not available by phone anymore. And by mail the waiting time is unpredictable....

The Plugins are great or at least good. Got quiet a few of waves plugins, some really amazing, some at least good at what they were intended to do. The support is amazing. Even if it is your own stupidity, they are calm and willing to help. But: They have so many sales, never buy a plugin at full price.

Super good and methodic support that solved my problem.

Great support and useful plugins, but the Waves Central software is designed in unnecessarily complex way. It does not allow to choose system location during installation, and I even had to change my Windows user name because the software could not be installed. Normal plugins are just installed and they work, but Waves is not so user-friendly.

The customer service rep I spoke with was able to quickly resolve my issue. I am very pleased the customer service I received.
