Excellent service!
The ring I ordered had to be resized. I was told that would be done on a Monday, the ring would then be posted on Tuesday and I would receive it on Wednesday. All of this happened exactly as planned and I could not be happier with both the service and the ring itself!

What a fantastic company! I saw a ring on Instagram and enquired about it - I got a response immediately on a Sunday evening and it was all processed in 24 hours. They posted promptly and did resizing completely free.
As part of this, we went into the Hatton Garden office and Fleur couldn’t have been more fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and so accommodating. Just excellent.

Exceeded expectations
I was worried initially about buying online, but the communication from waves was quick and friendly which put my mind at ease. My ring was delivered beautifully packaged with all the information about the stones etc. delivery was exactly as requested and the whole process was easy. The ring exceeded my expectations, larger and more sparkly that I had expected. Can heartily recommend.

Beautiful jewellery. Lovely people
I was looking for some diamond earrings everywhere, and found the perfect ones at Wave Antiques.
I had many questions to ask and they were so helpful. When I wear them I receive many complements. Their website is so easy to navigate that I am constantly looking for my next piece of jewellery. I have just received the ring sizer that I ordered and it arrived promptly. Thank you

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I bought a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring but unfortunately my usual jeweler couldn't resize due to its delicacy. When I emailed to say i was returning the item, they offered to resize for me at no extra charge. From sending to receiving back it was less than 7 days.
I couldn't recommend this company enough.

I loved my experience!
I loved my experience with Wave Antiques. I followed them for a time admiring so many of their pieces. I thought it might be troublesome to purchase from them because I live in the US. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I fell in love with a cameo ring on their site and decided to give it a go. They had great communication - the ring arrived when they said it would - beautifully packaged and was as stunning as it was on their site. I know it’s just a matter of time before I find the next treasure. ☺️
