Incredible experience
Our associate, Holly, was absolutely fantastic! I went into the appointment without knowing what I would like for an engagement ring, nor had even been really looking. Not only was she patient, but extraordinarily helpful and made me feel completely at ease through the whole process. The collection that Waves Antiques has is extensive, with something for everyone. It is unfortunate that I cannot have 2 engagement rings because I would be back there in a heartbeat! Perhaps maybe some vintage earrings…

Absolutely blown away with the service
Absolutely blown away with the service. Holly handled my purchase and transaction and selecting an engagement ring was a very joyful experience, it could have been very stressful elsewhere.
The whole process was very easy and convenient despite me having many requests to ask of them. Already looking to purchase some more jewellery in the near future to go with the engagement ring I purchased.

I received the beautiful ring and earrings very promptly. They exceeded my expectations and are gorgeous, even more beautiful than the photographs. The only extra thing I would have liked is to have received some written information on the specification of the items for future reference. I have requested this but as yet have not received anything, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Bought the most stunning ring from here, I actually ordered and then emailed once it had been delivered to get this resized as it was huge on me - the team were so responsive and after I posted this back to them they were able to resize and post back to me for free within a few working days. I would definitely buy from here again. Thanks again!
