Booked a service because my Wattbike lost the ability to regulate the load. Edward the engineer called to set a date and called again on the day with an ETA which allowed me to get a walk with our dog. Edward then did a service, replaced some parts and the chain then tested everything before he left. Very pleased with service and definitely value for money.

Since purchasing I have had nothing but issues with pairing the gears.When they do pair they unpair after a ride so in all this has been a dissapointing and expensive mistake.

Great service from Edward - bike all serviced and we solved some of the difficult issues we've had with the Atom!
Hope to order some arm rest pads soon to finish her off.

The engineer called to let us know he was half an hour away, was able to diagnose the fault, he replaced the faulty sensors chain, and checked our bike over. He made sure our bike was in perfect working order before he left.

Edward the engineer turned up when expected and was very efficient with the service. Explained lots about what he was doing so I understood the work being carried out. Did think I might do the service myself in future but will stick with getting the professionals put

The engineer that came to visit my house (Edward) was brilliant on time showed and explained all the work he was doing, which was part of the service I paid for and he was done in less than half an hour gave me his details in case I need to contact him in the unlikely event there are any other issues with the repairs he done. Will definitely use him again.

Bought a grade A refurbished Atom v2 and some accessories. Had immediate contact from customer support saying there had been a mix up and grade A wasn’t available. They sorted me a grade B very quickly, reduced the price and knocked off the cost of the Wattbike mat as a gesture of goodwill. All now received via couriers - excellent experience and functioning well. Happy with grade B at the better price. Impressive piece of kit. Highly recommend

Can’t fault the service from start to finish.
My initial enquiry with the customer service department was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
My service engineer, Edward, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile in arranging a suitable date for the service. On the day he contacted me with an ETA and arrived bang on time, was very professional, answered all my questions and completed the service efficiently.
Well done Wattbike.

My Wattbike atom gave up with an electrical fault, I sent it back to them for a service (really expensive). They promised me a replacement bike while it was away, never turned up. Then they sent me my bike back and it was completely unusable!! If you turned the crank it sounded like there was a bag of bolts inside the working. Eventually got a guy to come to take a look and someone at Wattbike had inserted the wrong length screw that was grinding on the flywheel. It’s AMAZING that no-one at Wattbike actually checked whether it was working having charged my hundreds of pounds for a “service”. Surely a service involves making sure it works. I’ve basically given up on the product, I’ll stick to my turbo. Might work for gyms with loads of money and bikes, but it doesn’t really work for home use. Atrocious service.

Edward from Wattbike visited today to give the Wattbike its first service, I found Edward to be polite and informative and respectful of the property and would have no issue recommending the service to other Wattbike owners.

I had an issue with my handlebars on the Atom. The team at Wattbike sorted this out within a day after dropping them off at their workshop. This was following a service at home. Overall, the service of the bike and their customer service was excellent.
