I'm really enjoying my Proton. The entire purchasing process was very easy and the the free workouts and data analysis are great. I have actually come to look forward to getting on the Proton so I can see my data. I have also incorporated some things like PES ( and methods to improve it) to my outdoor cycling experience and feel it's added to my performance. The delivery of the Proton went fine, though the delivery date was delayed, apparently due to my location. It took about 3 weeks to get the bike and it seemed to sit in a warehouse for a prolonged period. I ended up having to contact the delivery service a few times. Overall I am very happy with the product.

Clear communication on service date and managed to change date easily. Edward arrived on time and was very pleasant and efficient and the service was carried out well and professionally. Good job!

Outstanding service and communication. Official Wattbike Service agents GRS are highly recommmended, especially their engineer Jamie who has serviced my bike three times and has been consistently excellent.

The product itself is fine, feels solid with just a couple of details that could be a bit more classy. It doesn't come with a screen, so you will need a tablet (with Bluetooth) to use it. Fairly easy to link to the Wattbike app, which gives a good range of free training plans.
The biggest negative was the delivery process, to the point where if Wattbike are still using BJS Home Delivery, I would avoid it.

Good response time within a few days and mechanic contacted me directly to arrange mutually convenient day which was within a few days
He arrived as planned and carried out service explaining need for certain replacement parts etc all within the cost of the service

My Atom had developed a problem with the flywheel sensor. Ed quickly identified the problem and the bike is back up and running.

Booked a service with Wattbike! In my opinion this is the only thing that lets Wattbike down, the booking an appointment, it’s emails back and fourth over many weeks to get to a suitable date! Took me 2 months.
That being said. Edward gave my Atom next Gen a full service, it runs like its brand new now perfect… Thanks Edward your a Credit to Wattbike will see you in few years Thanks Again

Recently purchased a Wattbike Atom indoor trainer. Unfortunately, there was a problem with a flywheel sensor that prevented changing the resistance level while cycling. After some basic troubleshooting failed, the service/customer support team at Wattbike were able to identify the problem and rectify the situation. The team was outstanding with communication and working to fix the problem. I am now very happy with the Wattbike Atom and very appreciative for the excellent customer support that Wattbike provides.

He was on time and explained everything he was doing.

Had an Atom first generation and it developed an issue with the resistance suddenly getting too hard. Paid for the service at home and Ed came out today and took the bike to pieces, fitted new connectors and now it works great - saved me forking out £2500 for a new one.

I had a pretty frustrating time ordering the bike, there were a fair few delays in responding to queries during which pricing of the product moved up! But wattbike eventually sorted this and I managed to order. I couldn't believe a firm selling a premium product were not jumping on every sales lead with anything other than urgency.
Ive now had the bike a couple of weeks, and all working fine. I don't have much to compare it against- never cycled using an indoor trainer before, but the kit seems top notch, using it loads.
