Rubbish collection timing
Rubbish pick up service is done regularly.

We were provided excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. Bins are being picked up as scheduled every time and we get notified each time so we do not forget. Can highly recommend the service Waster is providing.

Great Service, more communication needed
We ordered our service, we were not given an eta for arrival of the bin, we had to call to find this information out 2 weeks after we had ordered it. The bin arrived and was then due to be collected on a Friday, however, the driver arrived to pick up the bin on a Wednesday (in advance), without notice or advice, so while the driver waited we had to finish filling the bin.
