Good quality, arrived quickly, as expected
I bought a runner rug for my kitchen so my old dog could lay near me comfortably while I cook and he would have a non-slip surface to walk on. The color is beautiful and the rubber backing makes it stay where I put it. I haven't washed it yet, but I bought the rug from Washdrymats to replace another runner that fell apart the first time I washed it.... And the other rug cost twice as much. I'm expecting a much better experience with this rug.

Color discrepancy
I had to return the mat as it was very different from the colors presented and described on the web site. The return process was quick and easy although I was responsible for the return postage. Customer Service Rep was very good. I probably won't order again given the product discrepancy between what was shown and what was received.

Oh WOW! Found this amazing runner on hugely discounted and ordered it. It came quickly and is PERFECT and makes quite a statement walking in from the garage. Oh, yes and washable.

These mats are low profile so I won't trip on them, and super non-skid, so they won't slip. They also are very good looking in my bathroom!

Thank you! We suggest washing them right away, it helps bring out the softness of the fibers that can sometimes be pushed down in the printing process. You won't be disappointed.

I had order a rug that was out of stock and I was sent an email from your Customer Experience Manager Chanel Schwalm. I was able to order a new size and I received it in just a few days.
I liked the fact that Chanel had put a phone number on the email she sent. Sometimes it so hard to find a phone number when ordering online.
