Not only did they manage to install my wife's dashcam earlier than the appointment made, it was done correctly and neatly. Would not hesitate to recommend this establishment.

We are made up with the dash cam it was really efficent and friendly would recommend to family and friends

Great service - my only other comments would be that Instruction on operating the dash cam system should have been forthcoming without me asking for tuition.
Product great but I am not impressed with the product app.

Matt was great really knew what he was on about got home wasn’t sure of the wiring rang back numerous times no one else knew the answer asked Matt to ring me back three time with no joy

First class company even got a free coffee.

I do not have any affiliation to this company, I am just a man in the street that choose to spend hard earned money with Warrington car Audio basically because they were 15 minutes from my front door, I did not read any reviews or had any recommendation to buy from them. This review is as genuine as it gets.

If you have read my previous review on the initial purchase of the Sony system you will know I commented only on the customer service I received as the system was not at that time fitted. The advice I received to someone whom knows very little about ICE and on a limited budget ( read previous review) was everything it should be. I was treated with respect and like I was a valued customer of long standing. I am just an idiot wanting bang for his buck but never treated as such. I did intend to fit the Sony system myself but cutting a long story short Warrington car Audio fitted it themselves. I don’t wish to comment on the circumstances why but they were unprecedented and the kindness I received was both genuine and compassionate. The Sony was fitted without fuss, no debris left in car, and no damage to the trim. Was like it was factory fitted.
Greed is part of human nature. I have a quality sound system at home and judge everything “sound” by that. I wanted more, to my shame ! What I had was already good but I knew I was only doing this once.
The Sony did what my budget dictated but as I wanted to treat my wife to something extra special during our night drives through the Welsh mountains I went back to Warrington Car Audio for upgrade. I would not have spent more money with them if I did not trust them. I again had sound sensible advice and had a Pioneer amp and subwoofer fitted. Again no mess no damage and……this guys and gals is were it gets really good….I have sat in other peoples cars and thought wow I would like to have that quality of sound in my car. Till now I had other priorities….but I have never heard a sound system sound as good as this, and I include the Bose system in a few Audi’s I have heard. I have a sound system in my car that shames the car. I do not know the technical terms and my musical taste very eclectic, but from Vivaldi’s four seasons to Sashes Encore Une Fois, the quality throughout the base and treble ( told you I was ignorant bout these things) is just amazing and I mean that. Am still prepping the car for my wife to use and everything control wise is I still being fine tuned and interior of car is in its component parts for cleaning, but when it’s all back togother I know already this system is everything I always wanted.
Matt at Warrington car Audio is your go to guy. Tell him what you want to spend and you will get the best on offer. More than that you will be treated honestly and with integrity. Garry is head honcho but you wouldn’t know that speaking with him. I really genuine man making a living,but doing it honestly and with again integrity.
You people out there reading this ? I like you have got used to poor service from companies doing you a favour providing you a service. Worse than that so often companies promise you the heavens and once the money is out your account do not want too know you or resolve problems post sale.
These guys are genuine, professional in all their dealings with me, and am glad my money went too such people as these. You may have dealt with them you may have had a problem at some point, but I bet they tried hard to resolve it and no one gets out of bed in the morning to deliberately nause up your day.

Matt Gary, and the fitters…..thank you guys….for everything….and least of all the outstanding sound system you have fitted, most of all for treating me with so much respect and kindness.

Great communication and great service.

I had a towbar fitted on a Ford Fiesta (just to pull a small trailer) they did a really nice job in the time specified. Dropped off around 1pm, collected around 5pm. Given what it costs for fitting a towbar I didn't want to risk one of the many 'on the drive companies' you want it done right by people who know what they are doing and this company is just that. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them. Good service from friendly staff. Well done.

Make sure you get your quote in writing off them rather than drop it off with them then get a call saying bring it back another time because they haven't allowed enough time to install what you agreed with them and what they advised on and now it will take twice as long. Don't quote someone on your own advice then move the goalposts very unprofessional and very poor would not recommend and just to top it off I phoned another local company and explained to which they laughed and said can't understand what the problem is its straight forward and won't take longer than an hour mmmmmm

I have little knowledge of car sound systems but was treated with respect and as a valued customer. Matt dealt with me and was both professional and well informed. He gave me the best system within my budget and did not rip me off by trying to sell me anything that was not unnecessary. I have not installed the system yet as car in garage for work so have not listened to the quality of what i have purchased.I will review again when its installed but Matt gave me great advice on fitting and i guess i just really felt as an ordinary man in the street that walks into these hi tech places that i really trusted his advice.I was made wellcome even spending the little i did. In world were everyone seems to want a slice of your hard earned money i would absolutely recommend this company for honesty and knowing their trade. Thank you Matt, What Matt did not know is that i have a terminal diagnosis and just potentialy a few months of life left and walking into a car sound system store and buying something decent for a price i could afford was one of those small treats i always wanted to do too season the quality of the few remaining times myself and my wife has. My wife and I both enjoy music so Matt really facilitated that objective ie to sit in a very ugly second hand car but drive through the beauty of wales with a decent sound system. As said will post a review in approx two weeks time as too the quality of sound from the system but have every confidence it will be as Matt said it would be. God bless you Matt.

Very good work and you can wait inside where you can get a free drink. Only problem there are no toilets available. I would recommend to anyone else.

Really impressed with this company. They recently fitted a Sony system to my Mazda MX5. The appointment system is spot on and their customer service first class. There was a slight mix up with a part which resulted in them really going the extra mile to get things right. I’ll be going back soon for a rear camera.
