I had a dash cam fitted which covers 3 years warranty. Gary, bhindra, & Steve are top guys, they are professionals yet with excellent customer service. The most important thing is their after sales care which I experienced with my taxi( VW WHITE TRANSPORTER SHUTTLE ) CCTV - DASHCAM & REVERSE CAMERA been fitted by them & had few issues which was taken care and handled very professionally. Thank you once again Warrington car audio team for handling everything very professionally

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS HERE! Before you buy something, make sure you don't want to return it because you will not be able to. Bought a cctv camera, after 2 week I asked to return it, the guy laughed in my face and did stupid jokes about my request, also there are no terms and conditions anyware.

Cant thank the guys enough at Warrington Car Audio who helped me out with an ISO lead for my car stereo. It is very much appreciated. 👍👍

I wouldn’t recommend a #headunit to be installed by Warrington Car Audio as their intall in our vehicle was sub-standard causing a drain on 2 batteries. They are refusing to acknowledge their faulty wiring issue despite an independent specialist confirming that the drain on 2 battery’s was due to to the incorrect wiring of the install

Firstly i cant give a zero star review, so one star for this atrocious company. Here is why...

A friend spoke to this company almost 2 weeks ago about supplying and fitting a handsfree bluetooth kit to his disabled sisters car for her, they discussed business an it was to cost £289 with fitting, but they were fully booked an could not fit them in until today 10/05/2023. So my friend paid a £25 deposit?booking fee and booked a slot for 1pm, however he couldnt take the car as he has work commitments, he asked if i could take his sister as he didnt want her going alone as she is vulnerable and disabled, as a carer i had no hesitation, i rescheduled my work to free up time to take her, we arrived at 1pm to be greeted by a young guy who seemed to be oblivious to our appointment, i actually for a moment thought i had the wrong place as he didnt seem to be expecting us. However after few moments he asked somebody in the office an confirmed we were booked in he took the car keys an directed us to the town centre and said the work would be a couple of hours (but original business call the work was to take one hour), so i gave him my number and specifically asked him to call me when the job was ready.

So off we went to find somewhere to sit in a town neither of us know very well. An hour an a half later my friend rang me, absolutely furious to tell me they cannot complete the work with a BS story of the part only just turning up and was damaged. If (which i do not for one second believe) this was true, why not at 1pm tell me the equipment hadnt yet arrived??? why was the ordered when the boking was confirmed almost two weeks ago?? an giving us options, Instead of letting me walk off in the rain with a vulnerable, disabled 72yr old, seriously this is not acceptable at all.

So i then headed back to the shop and asked why they had not told me any of this at 1pm an why they did not ring me as instructed at 1pm, some guy thinking he's all that with a beard then proceeds to tell me to calm down.... Well we all know a bloke telling a woman to calm down, does not actually work, however i was calm until that stupid remark fell out of his mouth.... so i asked for a refund of the deposit that had been paid, to which he replied have you got your card, i said its not my card it was paid over the phone you have the details of the account, no we cant do that we need the card, i said well i will have cash then... we dont have cash on the premises, so you will have a long wait (rude much) ... so i got the disabled lady Who's car we were supposedly having work done on to take a seat an i sat down and refused to move until the situation was dealt with.

His delightful way of dealing with it was to go and hide in the office and completely ignore me, i swear that man was on his period, in stroppy teenager mode. he went in and out of the office with his head down an refused to look at me or try and rectify the situation, completely unprofessional.

I had to then call my friend back and ask him to ring the shop to entice him out the office, which worked he came out all excited thinking he is getting more work.... nope, it was just my friend ..... he then complained to my friend because i had an attitude with him.... simple communication an these things wont happen will they?

Finally he authorised the return of the refund without the card being present (strange).

Whilst sitting in the shop i checked in on my FB to their shop, later on they commented with a completely different version of events i have screenshots of their response, and my response to them, after reading my response and seeing other people comment they proceeded to block me .... i mean thats absolutely fine because i will never be needing their services again, but it just shows the truth does hurt, an they didnt like the truth, if they were a decent company they should have tried to rectify this, they havent ... they could have offered some form of recompense but refused outright that he will not do that. Bare in mind the time and money spent to today on a 50 mile round trip, fuel costs, carer costs to myself, and a complete waste of a day, at least now we know that we will have to go and find some real professionals to complete the work.

So folks do not go anywhere near this sham of a company at all, be VERY AWARE of using this company.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Great range of products at the right price. They have just converted my car from factory fit stereo to an aftermarket unit with no dramas.

Had a problem with my daughters tow bar electrics, popped in on the off chance as she was going camping. The lovely man got it all fixed straight away. So helpfully, so knowledgeable, just a great place to deal with. Recommended them loads of times, had lots of tow bars done as a family. Highly recommended 👌

I reached out to Warrington Car Audio Centre initially via their website and received a very fast response from Matt. A subsequent onsite visit was really useful to talk through various options for replacement speakers for a 2014 Mazda MX5. Matt was super knowledgeable regarding systems and very friendly. He proposed a system to match the needs of the specific car and did not try to over-sell for something that would not be required. I received a useful text reminder the day before the fitting. The audio technicians did an amazing job, it was as if the car were untouched - until I turned the radio on! WOW - awesome quality, rich bass and depth of sound. You got it spot on Matt! Very happy with the results – thank you Matt and the audio team for a great service.

Front and rear audible parking sensors fitted.
Asked local Kia dealer about getting sensors fitted to a 2020 Kia Ceed SW (2 spec). They referred me here. Getting quotes for OE colour-coded and aftermarket sensors was easy, follow-up questions answered quickly. A small non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Car in for 09:00 and work done by mid-afternoon. Colour match perfect - fitting very tidy. They are busy so don't assume you can get the job done 'next day'. On the non-Tech side - keep your sense-of-humour antennae alert, and they have a beast of a coffee machine that wouldn't look out of place in the Tardis!
