Warmup Inbox is an email warmup service that automatically raises your email sending reputation through our network of inboxes talking to each other. The process of preparing an email address for general use or email outreach is commonly referred to as “Warming Up” an inbox, where you take a number of steps to ensure that an email address does not become deactivated, blacklisted, or automatically marked as spam when it begins to send outgoing messages to other recipients. This process is typically done with newly created email addresses but also benefits older email addresses who have been having issues with email deliverability, in that a noticeable portion of their outgoing mail is either landing in a spam folder or blocked entirely by an email server due to either being blacklisted or associated with a domain that has a poor reputation.

Best inbox warm-up we’ve tested — real results, great support

We’ve tested a lot of inbox warm-up tools, and Warmup Inbox is easily the best so far.

Before using it, our inbox placement was around 7%. After warming up properly, it jumped to 27%, which is a massive difference for deliverability. You can actually see the impact, not just “feel” it.

What really stood out was the support. There was a small volume inconsistency that looked odd at first, but the team jumped in immediately, investigated it properly, explained exactly what was happening, and even reported it internally to their devs. Super transparent and genuinely helpful — no copy-paste answers.

They tested everything, made sure the inboxes were behaving correctly, and followed up until it was fully resolved. You can tell they actually care about deliverability, not just selling a tool.

We’ve tested all the warm-up options — this one performs the best. Highly recommended if you’re serious about inbox placement.

Good product, misleading pricing

I want to start by saying that the product itself works well for my new startup email account. The 7-day trial was smooth, the tool performs as expected, and customer support has been responsive and professional. From a functionality standpoint, I’ve been satisfied.

However, the pricing structure is where things become problematic.

The way billing is currently displayed is confusing and feels misleading. I am not using incognito mode, and I use several similar platforms. In every other case, they either:
- Display pricing in USD and charge in USD, or
- Display pricing in EUR and clearly charge in EUR (or transparently show the USD charge and let the bank handle the exchange rate).

Here, the setup effectively treats $1 as €1, which is neither standard practice nor fair.

For comparison, competitors like TrulyInbox display their pricing clearly and transparently. The issue doesn’t appear to be the plan price itself, but rather the billing region/currency configuration.

For example:

- In the U.S., the plan is $19.
- In the EU, it is shown as €19. When I select an EU address the price goes up to about €22 (due to the VAT), however in the EU all shown prices must include the VAT.

That alignment only makes sense if the currency and billing region are applied transparently and correctly, which currently doesn’t seem to be the case.

It’s disappointing because the product is good, but since they could not provide clarity or solution, I switched providers.

Great Software even Better Customer Service

So far, this app seems to be working just fine a few days in. And happy to say the customer service has been brilliant. with very quick responses (by a real person) in under half an hour. Camilo was an absolutely pleasure to interact with and fixed my 2 separate issues over 2 consecutive days immediately. 10/10 + 2 thumbs up.

However, after our last correspondence, we didn’t receive a response to our inquiries, which ultimately left the matter unresolved.

Regarding your refund request from yesterday, I understand your frustration. The payment you made was in November, and our Terms of Service specify that we can only process refund requests within 14 calendar days of the initial payment. Unfortunately, since the request came two months later, we could not fulfill it. I realize that this policy may seem strict, but it helps us maintain fair practices for all our customers.

When I was trying to connect my email, I had a few technical issues (from my side) and even though I was still on the free trial, I kept texting back and forth with the support team for about 45 minutes until we solved the issue (: very nice support team.

I read some negative comments, which were mostly due to the users not having their emails set up properly, I can not stress this enough, before even thinking about email warmup, know how an email works, otherwise the issues will come from your side. It is quite complicated, so make sure to do your research.

Their dashboard is simple and beginner-friendly, and I did see improvements in deliverability over time.
