The UI is a bit clunky but price is far more reasonable than the other alternatives I found. Been doing a decent job with it so far.

Ho perso diverse ore per configurare IMAP con Google Workspace. Dopo aver verificato che le mie credenziali e le App Password fossero corrette (funzionanti ovunque), la piattaforma dava persistenti errori 504.

Il supporto, invece di verificare i loro server, mi ha indicato come unica soluzione un upgrade a un piano a pagamento per sbloccare la configurazione "Custom", solo per diagnosticare un problema che molto probabilmente era sul loro backend.

Cercate alternative più serie. Un servizio che vi fa pagare per risolvere i propri errori è inaffidabile.

Their Email Warmup service does not work at all — no emails were ever sent from my mailboxes. I reached out to support but never received a real reply, only automated bot messages linking to generic guides. Complete waste of time and very disappointing experience.

I do not give negative views lightly, but this company deserves it.

After spending a considerable amount of time setting up my account to send 40 bulk marketing emails per day without worrying about being flagged by Gmail, Mails.ai failed in most ways.

I put in a total of like 200 email addresses into their so-called Warmup feature from publicly available directories, some of which I had previously used to obtain some new clients.

Sadly, this Warmup feature they offer is a total loss, and that is the feature I wanted the most.

100% of the emails were flagged "Unknown," which is useless for anyone who wants to clean up their email marketing lists. Even addresses that I had confirmed were incorrect due to recent use were flagged as "Unknown."

So no point paying this company $50 per month for a service another company already provides for me.

We paid for an email warmup campaign. Followed the guide to get it setup and after a month 2 emails have been sent!

We sent multiple messages to the chat support function which were ignored complete waste of time and money.

Was difficult to use in the beginning, but worth it once I got my campaigns setup. Price is very reasonable too.

I recommend it for those who want unlimited sending, as it's really the only option available.

Be careful, scammers. There is no support at all, and there is no option to cancel the subscription. I wrote to support several times. I need to figure it out with Stripe now to cancel it and get my money back.

Terrible UX and campaign set up. You can't even send test emails.

What the other 1* review said. Can't believe I didn't read more reviews and realize the good reviews were bots. Got blacklisted pretty damn quick.

Do not even think of using this rubbish. basic front end with highly poor system design. you will be blocked and blacklisted by ISP. we tried it for 2 months and its a complete failure. its a 1 man show so expect no customer services. send a message and they will never reply for days. arrange a call and you might get one guy calling himself "Jeff" but not a solution for a business. don't waste time.
