I recently purchased 4 lamps, the Cassia, however the product quality was poor in addition to the dimensions that were listed with it. I have contacted them 3 times about a refund with no response for over a week.
If you want quality please I wouldn't advise buying from this site. However I they only think I will praise is their great branding.

I ordered a product in May
I ordered a product in May. Do not have it yet. They keep saying product has shipped but has not told me where is is. They refunded about 10 percent of my purchase to paypal but do not answer whether they have given up or still sending the product. I understand things may be delayed because of coronavirus but their communication and tracking is not consistent and cryptic. I do not know from the tracking or their communication where the product is or what the minimal refund means
Update aug - someone finally contacted me to let me know the product was still on its way. The product eventually did come but i was not given any credit on paypal. The lantern i ordered was nice but smaller than I expected but that was my issue for not looking at measurements

One of the worst companies in every way
Another very poor review for warmly, adding further support to most of the comments on here. Hugely overpriced and extremely poor quality products, terrible shipping, poor customer service and deceptive marketing. Although the website makes a good first impression, with nicely photographed products and the impression of good customer service, the company is a scam. There is nowhere for customers to provide reviews on the warmly website (which is why everything has 5 stars!), so it wasn't until I checked here that I realised I had fallen for their marketing. In reality, the products are cheap and shoddily made, yet sold for designer prices. I paid over 150 euros for a light that cannot be worth more than 20 euros (and took months to arrive). As detailed by other customers, the satisfaction guarantee is also a joke. The customer must pay for the shipping costs and, to be honest, I now don't trust warmly to return my money if they were to receive the item back. Getting any useful information from the company is a nightmare (automated emails with the wrong tracking numbers, useless tracking links, or no reply at all). I wish I'd checked the independent reviews before wasting my time and money dealing with warmly. I hope the company gets shut down soon.

First time customer and last time buying from this company
I placed two orders with this company 5 weeks ago, they lost both orders and I asked them to expedite shipping on my order since it was their system error that caused the delay. I was told they cannot change shipping, if I want products ordered I still have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 weeks. Then found out they lost my second order. This was my first time buying from this company and I will never buy anything from them again. Very bad initial experience dealing with Warmly.

Great lights, recieved… eventually
I was VERY concerned when I saw all of the negative reviews, since we waited over a month for our lights and the provided delivery info was pretty much worthless (clearly a Chinese shipping site that said, "Origin: United States, Destination: United States"). That along with the other Trustpilot reviews suggested that we'd never see our lights, or a refund, but right after emailing Warmly asking for specific tracking info, real tracking info showed up for USPS shipping from Compton, CA. I'm not sure how the company works, or whether our lights had been sitting in Compton for awhile, but they did arrive, they are what we expected, and they work great. It was a bit of a stressful ride, but worked out in the end for us.

Don't buy from this website. It's a sham.
I ordered an item on March 9, 2020. I understand a pandemic has hit since, so I modified my expectations of delivery well beyond the 2-4 weeks listed on the site. After 8 weeks I emailed "Mark" and was given updates that the unit was at a Chinese airport. Still nothing so I emailed again after 12 weeks and was given a UPS tracking number, but no item was listed with that number. After 17 weeks I finally asked for the refund procedures, as emailing the info@ email was the protocol listed on the website. Another week went by and no procedures were emailed to me. So at 18 weeks I gave up and disputed the charges through my CC company. Don't do it.

WONDERFUL RESPONSE TO MY -MISSING ORDER! I ordered two sconces and a hanging…
The Company contacted me and my orders were delivered with in a few days. I greatly appreciated their commuication and help in facilitating the delivary. Although it took much longer than I was expecting --they were pleasant and helped me get my items. I would order from them again....and if I had a problem - I would communicate with them sooner - as I think my frustration could have been reduced greatly if I had not waited so long to get in touch with them. I ordered two sconces and a hanging rack on May 20, 2020 and still have not received any of my items....nor any update from anyone! I feel like this is a scam and I am waiting for nothing....and I continue to see their adds and promotions on line all the time and think it is all a farce. There is no one to talk to or reach out to --- extremely frustrated and worried.

Great Customer Service during tough times!
My lights three pendants lights are amazing for my new island. They are more beautiful than online. We had a delay in delivery because of COVID but Mark and Melissa always answered my emails in a timely fashion to let me know what was going on until all the lights showed up.
I am purchasing a lot for my new construction home right now and so many companies have left me in the dark due to COVID or shipping issue with no communication. Several companies have shut done and I have not received my money back with no product. Warmly though, did not do that. They stood behind their product and service. Thank you so much!!!!

I bought 3 items and one I needed to return. Although you can’t ring and it’s all email which if I admit I felt a little worried I wouldn’t get the response I needed, but all the staff members I mailed were great and actually made me feel calm and my issues was solved.

SCAM: Towel rack nowhere to be seen...
I bought a towel rack on 22 June and have heard nothing at all from them since then. Now I know I should have looked for information on the website before I made the purchase because this is a scam. Nobody updates customers, tracking of the goods is not possible, and mails are not answered. I am going to report them to my credit card company straight away. I just want my money back. What a waste of money and time. Stay away from this website.

No hassle at all!!!
No hassle at all!!!! I ordered three items to update our space. The more I envisioned one of the items the more I realized I’d made an error in judgement.
So I sent an email requesting to return this item which had not even shipped yet.
Not sure if you all have ever had trouble with this kind of thing. I have! But much to my surprise and joy they cancelled my one item and very respectfully replied to my email.
Honestly I was dumbfounded as I had already prepared to do battle as I’ve had to do in the past with a different company.
So impressed! I will buy again from WARMLY and highly recommend you try it too.

While in this mess...they’re the real deal! No headaches.
We placed our order right before the world was shutting down and our pendants got lost in the mix. I was pleasantly surprised at how they worked so diligently to help locate our pendants even though it was all beyond their control. They gave a generous discount for our troubles. Needless to say, I’ve since made another purchase since then and need two more pendants for my circle that I plan on getting from them. YOU CANNOT PAY ENOUGH FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Trust a person with no patience and two businesses.

What I find is so funny is that this SHAM company takes the time to respond to these comments but won't respond to emails asking where your order is! My order, as per their tracking has been sitting in the China airport since May 18, 2020. I should have done my research. If I knew this company was from China I would never have ordered!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! We waited 2 months for the cheap piece of junk to arrive. When the lamp did arrive, it was terrible. It wasn't even usable and didn't come with instructions. After spending over $500 for the lamp as well as another $450 on an electrician, the thing didn't even work.
