Falsche Ware erhalten - keine Reklamation möglich

Wir haben zwar auf unsere Bestellung die beiden bestellten Lampen bekommen, jedoch nicht in der Farbe, die wir bestellt hatten.
Seitdem ist es nicht möglich, mit dem Verkäufer in Kontakt zu treten, alle e-mails, die wir geschrieben haben, blieben unbeantwortet.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und sauer, dass wir uns von der professionell und ansprechend gemachten Internetseite haben blenden lassen.

Love them!

We had recently purchased one set of the solar panel outdoor lights. When we got the package one of the lights had been damage from mishandling but we asked Warmly if they could replace it and they did. My mom was so happy and she loves her lights when she sits outside. Thank you!

I purchased one Hex Ceiling Lights

I purchased one Hex Ceiling Lights - Black / Warm White via warmlydecor.ro, paid online and got a confirmed order on 11th of July 2020.

According to the latest shipping and delivery updates, which I received by email and text, the product has arrived in the country of destination, on the 9th of August and is expected to be delivered shortly.
I contacted my local postal operator with the International E-Packet tracking number, but they informed me that the item is not yet in their possession.
7 weeks have passed since I paid for this item. I will soon initiate a formal complaint procedure and ask for my money back.

Poach products from companies such as creatively, mark up their products (double), and then order from creatively without holding any inventory.

Not a scam. Just shady.

Faucet longer lead tome that expected.

I have ordered one faucet already knowing the long lead time associated with this product. Unfortunately the shipment took more than expected, but I always had the customer service providing me with the latest shipment status using different tracking systems. Overall I felt always supported and got good level of emphatic help.

They are slow to respond and even…

They are slow to respond and even slower after they have your order. I've been waiting a week to get my credit card receipt, plus they charged me tax and my company is tax exempt, so i'm also waiting for a credit.
Emails have gone without response, and phone calls go to message center, but they don't return them either....

Fast response

I am grateful of the fast and helpfulness to my recent emails regarding a purchase I had made with WARMLY DECOR, my purchase had gone a stray at my end, they managed to trace it and inform me of its location.
The item arrived in very good condition due to being well packaged, thank you once again.

Warning! Do not buy from this company!! I ordered house numbers from them May,10 2020. July 21, I wrote to find out where they were. They had not left China and because the order date is past 30 days, they were arguing with me about a refund. They eventually refunded my money AFTER I posted this note. Still Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered outdoor lanterns that were supposed to be 11 inches high. They were 6 inches high with a 5 inch spike that went into the ground. They were small and plastic. They took two months to get here. I’ve never been so disappointed in an order!!! And there return policy is terrible! This company is a scam. They look like a crappy Chinese company. Don’t waste your money here!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

So this is a total scam company. They claim they are US based but their products is cheap and relabeled from Ali baba express (China). Somehow an order got made in my name and after two months only one out of two products have been delivered. When I check tracking it says both packages was delivered but not to my house... Do yourself the biggest favor and STAY AWAY from this company. I've emailed them four times without an answer so.. I guess I was just robbed of my money. Be careful people

Bad stay well away from this company

13 weeks to be delivered,Products are over priced cheap Chinese imports, the lights are nothing like you see on there website.
We had to re buy from anther source as the lights were bad quality and even embarrassed to show customer, I’m at a complete loss and no reply from the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
Stay away if you know what’s best for you

Reply to your comment, you only emailed me once I had left you a bad review. The email was some sort of joke asking how was your service and would hope to see you soon ha ha

I’ve asking for help for weeks but never did you get back to me as you had no answers.
You need to be closed down and stop pretending your in America when you are a Chinese company selling crap products

You mentioned refund ? That would be at least you could but I very much doubtful anything will come of this, we will see

Terrible service

Terrible service, still waiting for my orders placed on the 22/05/2020.

Got the responses below on the 14/08/2020 asking for more information even thought I have contacted them directly every week for the last two months, including this morning!

I could give zero stars- changed to 3

Edit: I am changing to 3 stars as the company did get back to me eventually. The tracking and shipping took long, I am satisfied with my purchase but not customer service. Orders shipped need to have the tracking number sent to customers, this is 2020 not 2002.

I could give zero stars. This company takes your order and gives you no visibilty of tracking or shipment. Their customer support is just a voicemail that they don't answer. I sent multiple emails about my order but they only try to send you coupons for you to buy more. Do not buy from here no matter how deceptive their advertisements are

The most beautiful light.

My light is here and installed and it’s stunning!!!!!!

However, I just wanted to bring to your attention that the globe actually does not fit into the top piece that needs a screw in to properly, we are actually going to have to grind it into a little work in order to make it fit which won’t be a problem but otherwise it is perfect!

What is even more perfect is the customer service that Warmly delivers. Truly amazing experience, right from the get go. I have already passed their name along and will be a returning customer for sure!!!

Do not order from this company!

Placed 2 orders on 6/28/20. I still have not received them. I did receive someone else’s order (some type of heavy equipment parts) that had the same tracking number as the sconces I ordered. I have tried to call, email and message with no response. Do not order from this company!

Ordered a wall light fixture...

Ordered a wall lighting fixture which eventually got caught up in the covid backup and was never delivered. Warmly employees were very dedicated to fixing the problem and, as the shipment was lost, we reordered and I received the item within 4 weeks. Grateful that they suggested reordering as I really like the light, and they kept in touch during the whole process. Would highly recommend this company!

Am 26.04. zwei Lampen bestellt die ich bis heute nicht erhalten habe. Nicht per Email zu erreichen. Scheine nicht der Einzige zu sein der dieses Problem hat.

Undelivered item

Placed an order on the 26th of June for one Harrison wall light. I received an email informing me that my item had been delivered on the the 27th of July. To my dismay, when I checked the tracking information I could see that m y item had been delivered to some address in Wisconsin, USA; I live in the Republic of Ireland, Europe. As bad an error as this was I thought ok mistakes happen and emailed the company one week ago to inform Warmly Decor of this error, however, one week later and several unreturned emails, I have yet to hear from the company; incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, I have only come across the reviews now from many people who have experienced similar unacceptable actions.

Not even 1 star really

Not even 1 star really. I am a designer and things on line all the time. I purchased 3 pendants form them which looked to be wood in the pictures and were actually a cheap yellow metal with a fake looking wood grain stamped on them. The mirrors that they show hanging over a bath sink came and were 5 inches in diameter. They were $70 each. I have never seen anything so bad. I emailed them days ago-still no response. This is a front made to look expensive selling the absolute cheapest stuff from China. Don’t buy from them.
