The products were as promised. Delivery times a bit long , I guess due to Covid virus affecting the shipment.
Satisfied with the customer service. response time pretty fast.

Don’t buy their products

This were the reviews of NJEE. Nice trick to change your company name here. Let me know your email address and I still do hope we can work this out, if you truly mean the below.

For now, my advise to this company and NJEE decor, don’t buy anything from them.

We got something quite different. But worse they don’t give refunds or take things back! So it is a scam!

El pasado 17 de septiembre hicimos un pedido por un valor económico alto. Al ver a mediados de octubre que no teniamos noticia ninguna del mismo decidimos ponernos en contacto con WARMLY.La respuesta fue que ya lo habian enviado y que no habia nadie para recogerlo. Cosa que es rotundamente FALSA. Les reclamo mis lámparas y a dia 30 de octubre me dicen que me las han enviado el 24 y aun sigo esperando.
Por supuesto que si no me llegan pienso reclamar el dinero y si es necesario denunciarlos.

This company is by FAR the worst…

This company is by FAR the worst company I ever dealt with. First it took 3 months to receive my order, then 2 of the 3 lights we ordered don't work. I asked the company for a return label so I can send back for refund then they asked me to take pictures of the sconces although we could not use them. Save yourself the trouble and buy from another "more reputable" company. Also, all their products ship from China, it seems they carry NO inventory

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered lights from them. I did actually get the lights and they are poor quality. I found the exact same lights on Amazon for six times less than I paid for these. Very frustrating. I requested a return and they won't send me a return slip. They need pictures of the lights to even start the return policy.

Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre de capture d'écran de leur"facture", avec le statut de paiement "payé " !!!

Great lamps!!

I am very pleased with the lamps, the effect on the ceiling is amazing. Just keep in mind the brightness in reality is not as strong as on the picture. Shipping time took a while but I was advised to be patient, so no issues there.

Be aware

Keep postponing, telling me that, this time the order was shipped; until I opened a dispute Paypal at that point they admitted the couldn't ship. Untrustworthy compact who hold for months money form transactions. Be aware!!!!

Scam company, I paid almost $300 for some lights, they never arrived. No response from them, no customer service telephone number

Fantastic experience!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my order from Warmly. All items arrived neatly folded and carefully packaged along with a cute little tote bag and even a pretty towel! The shipping was quick, and I was updated ever step of the way. The customer service was friendly and helpful. If all that isn't already the greatest, my items have perfect quality and look just as bright and beautiful as the images and descriptions showed. I am extremely satisfied.

DONT DO IT

This company takes items from AliExpress and calls them their own. Search for the company, PHYVAL on Aliexpress and you will find the same lights...DONT FALL FOR IT

Edit to Warmly Reply: Yes, Warmly I ordered two nordic lamps about a year and a half ago, it took about 3 months to get them, both came in seperately and one after being in touch with customer service. I have not installed these two lights but could provide proof of purchase

They are dropshipping - Search On AliExpress

Every single one of their products can be found on AliExpress - They just mark up the prices 5x to look legit. Literally just look up the name of a product on AliExpress and you'll find it for wayyyyy less, and with the exact same shipping time.

Good customer service, but really bad delivery

Most of my order got lost in the mail so Warmly had to resend it. Took almost 4 months total before I received those items in my original order. Happy with them, but it wasn't worth the hassle. The one item I did receive "quickly", which was nearly 2 months after the order was placed, arrived badly damaged. Its usable but really looks nothing like what I ordered. If you're sending something fragile halfway around the world, it should be properly packaged! The metal bowl was loose in a plastic bag with no padding, so of course it was badly bent and misshaped when it arrived. Tried to bend it back to look like the picture of the item I ordered, but it has been impossible. Customer service has been very kind and helpful the entire time, but there were too many problems and it took too long, so sadly I can't recommend ordering from this company, unless you live nearby in China.

Absolute 5 star ++ service

Absolute 5 star ++ service. On-time delivery, outstanding communication. We did have a little issue with a light and Warmly responded at lightening speed to offer a replacement which also arrived in a very timely fashion. A great example of perfect customer service. Would definitely use again and would absolutely recommend!
