All products can be found on aliexpress.com, a retail ecommerce. Search image rather than text to find the exact match products of 1/10 times cheaper.
Another shop boasted itself original Warmly decor, named Nordvian, deceives the buyers at a higher level (claimed they made all the products).

My experience has been extremely disappointing I am afraid that this site might be a scam. Ordered a couch cover September 9, 2020. Have written many polite inquiries and requests for refund as this was 17 weeks ago with no resolution in sight. I have lost 120$ to this company with no product. Don’t order from them!

Clearly a scam - I just went ahead and contested the charge through my bank - I won't spend any further time trying to work with them. No response to my emails. They are now using a separate website name (veuxdecor.com) with the same pricing and pics.

Poor quality items AVOID
This website is incredibly overpriced. The items I have purchased are of very poor quality and come with no instructions or not ready to fit. I have received partial refunds but am overwhelmed they get away with it. Also they don't let you leave feedback on their site so that must all be fake. Really disappointed

Solid product but long wait
I updated the overall rating to 3 stars, because:
++ Contact with customer service Melissa was great.
+ The product (floor lamp) is solid and looks nice.
Downsides:
- The customer service experience largely depends on with whom you are in touch (see detailed review below).
- Warmly does not carry stock, and you can't track delivery time on the website by yourself.
Overall based on my experience I'd say Warmly does help the customer resolve issues. I might purchase again if I see a design that I really love. Otherwise I think there are more companies that offer better DIY service (especially delivery tracking and goods return) in this business.

The lamp finally arrived after almost 40 days. One of the balls arrived broken, the replacement is received after another 4 weeks. Also the charger was UK standard so not useable on EU continent, I had to buy separately.

Product ordered on 3rd Nov., got a mail saying shipment was done on 5th Nov. However till Dec. 8th still no goods. On the product site stated 2-4 weeks shipment time.
When reaching out, the customer service repeated 100% satisfaction guaranteed, however refused to refund as they claimed the goods had been shipped. Interesting view.. not sure how they guarantee 100% satisfaction when customer doesn't receive goods (at all)??

They don’t know what they are doing.
They sent me a complex lamp with no instruction on how to put it together. I hired an electrician we open the box to find no instruction inside. The electrician was baffled by the whole set up and couldn’t figure out how to mount it or how to put it together without a single note. I emailed them and they sent me a one page picture with no real detail about how to put the small parts together.
The instruction they eventually sent was not detailed. I will not hang a three 8 inch glass bubble over my head with a one page sketch you sent. I requested a return label for which I am still waiting.

Patience was worth it.
Although it took a little time, our order arrived in perfect condition and we were pleased with the construction and quality of the articles. I really appreciated the company reaching out several times to make sure we didn’t worry about the order in transit and to make sure we were satisfied when it arrived. Thanks so much!

It is almost 8 weeks and most of the order has not been received. The items I got are super cheap quality. They are giving me the run around and I have not been able return the products. Total scam.
Skip this company altogether!!!!

They changed their name to Njee Decor as all scam companies will do to avoid the spotlight on their scam. Please listen to reviewers here. I promise you, you will not receive what you think you ordered. This is another Chinese company using either stolen or highly misleading photos to trick you into purchasing their products, which are in reality cheap and barely functional. These products can’t even pretend to be good quality because they look so cheap. Very cheap.

An Efficient friendly service from a cool business with an eclectic array of products. The Warmly customer service team followed up on my first order and delivery to make sure everything was on time and delivered without damage or complications. It really feels like they genuinely care about their customers which is always a positive with so many on line home & decor companies out there. Very impressed.

Be careful!
I had a terrible experience with my order. Melissa who was my focal point was kind enough to offer a 30% discount but this was of little value as my goods never arrived.
She never entertained a refund and asked that I keep checking with my post office.
I would caution customers ....
Thanks to Melissa for following up. Unfortunately the post office has not received my parcel and as such I have not received it.

Its been close to 3 months since I placed an order for a planter. I haven't received it so far and have no clue when it will even be delivered. I've sent numerous emails asking for status of my order and when it will be delivered. I got a shipped notification but there wasn't a tracking number. I didn't receive the item either. Upon following up, they said the order has been misplaced and that they will ship the order again. No update on this either. At this point, I don't even know if this is a legit company. They've charged my credit card and took the money but customer response and delivery times are so horrible. I really hope people check reviews before placing an order from this store.
