Ordered and paid for some samples on 24th March, They have not arrived so I chased and received zero response. Not impressed with their service so guess their products are no good either.

Great customer service and great product
Great customer service and I'm delighted with the products that were sent. Our plumber recommended this company and the 4mm PVC wall panels and we haven't been let down. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Really helpful
Really helpful, ordered my items online, ordered the wrong size strips they phoned to check if I knew if it was a correct order. Corrected it for me, could of cost me alot more, so really greatful.

I placed my order on the 8th May 2020
I placed my order on the 8th May 2020, I received a confirmation email regarding my order has been processed, but have heated nothing since.
I have left voicemails and numerous emails and requested call back via on line website, but no one has had the decency to reply as of 18th May 2020.
Absolutely appalling service.
