Had some very small issues with my bag. Contacted Walker and Hunt. It was quickly answered and problem solved and replacement sent immediately. Joanna was very understanding and polite and prompt with their reply. Would 100% use Walker and Hunt again fantastic company.

Asked politely for what was required, dealt with speedily and satisfactory.

I’ve been purchasing from Walker and Hunt for the past 14/15 months, working my way through the catalog and building myself a nice wardrobe of products. Firstly I must say the quality of the product is outstanding and great value. Goods have always turned up on time on the odd occasions where I’ve had to return something for an exchange or refund, the after sales service has been nothing short of exceptional!
I look forward to the next season of products for sure!

Order came quickly and great customer service

Received my order with the wrong size so I emailed the customer service email provided online. Sent my email on Friday and got a response on Monday to state “we cannot modify your order once shipped, have a great day!”. Extremely unhelpful as it is a Christmas present and I was given the wrong size from what I ordered. No hell given on how to return the item or receive a refund.
Sent an email back today and probably won’t hear again until another 3-4 days which is great. Wouldn’t order from them again.

This company is fantastic. There was a delay in receiving my package, not their fault, Royal Mail hold up...the Communication to resolve the issue was excellent. The products are fantastic, I've order several times, jumpers wearl and wash well. My husband loves them and he loves the brown hold all bag I treated him to. I highly recommend this company.
