There were no issues.
My problem was immediately taken
care of, unlike groupon, who will fight you for days yet knowing they're wrong.
Stick with Wagjag. The Best.

I have made a few purchases,good prices and all went well with delivery. Just wish there were local deals for Montreal restaurants, spas and activities

Love the frozen meat from wagjag. Great price and love the individual vacuumed pack. Great quality!

I have used this service many times ! But have recently had a problem where the product was not delivered, trying to resolve the issue seems to be problematic, I will see how they respond before making any further purchases … after contacting about problem they have now denied my product refund saying it was delivered… so beware
Update: item ordered was sent expedited delivery , I feel they made a good effort to fix the problem.

The gloves I ordered came in the wrong size, 3 weeks after ordering. Then the manufacturer would not respond to my wagjag support agent so I got landed with store credit. Which took another 2 weeks

I am very happy with all the products and restaurant deals I have used in the past. I will continue to shop thru WagJag. I would have given them a 5 but the products take a long time to reach me. I do understand that they rely on the postal service and that is something they can't control. Keep up the good work WagJag ❤️❤️❤️

I heard WagJag is under new management, so I decided to start using them again. I really like supporting Canadian companies, especially since Groupon isn’t Canadian. Recently I saved 50% at one of our favourite Toronto restaurants and also found a great deal on a local spa for my wife. Both were excellent experiences and as a bonus I noticed they just launched a great loyalty program.

Used to purchase beef consistently for years. Used to be able to pick it up at several different UPS stores, then I was forced to go to the Penguin pickup, then that closed. It’s been several years now and WagJag has made no effort to find a new pickup location for the whole Niagara Region, huge market that they are shutting out on and we pay the price for it. At least go back to the UPS stores…

I have been a long time customer of WagJag and always had all my orders delivered promptly and as advertised, their customer service department is always available and efficient, I’ve referred a few of my friends and they too have been happy with all their orders.

Have bought WagJag products for a number of years and feel good about the price, quality and service provided.

I frequently purchase on WagJag. We particularly enjoy the $79.20 for a 3 course dinner for 2 with a glass of wine each at Oggi. It is such a good deal and we love the restaurant. I only purchase other "specials".... like the sunglasses.

Bought a dash c am that doesn’t function properly and getting the run around for credit or replacement worst customer service ever better to deal with Amazon or Groupon etc.

Pretty good on price. Delivery good too. My location wasn’t there, but still easy to go get it. Overall, not too shabby.

On 31st Oct ordered the Christmas towels. Set of 3 about $48. Nov 3rd was notified that they were out for delivery. I am writing this at 11:10 pm Dec 10th because I have not received what was paid for. Several attempts to contact WAGJAG and the calls are disconnected without being spoken to. Wtg you bogus company.

Booked a birthday party for my two daughters at the trampoline park, and they had a blast!

Is Wagjag a scam? I have been trying to redeem a golf voucher for over 1 hour. No one at the course answers the phone. Online doesn’t work. Support at Wagjag doesn’t answer. I guess I lost my money I used to buy a voucher that is about to expire. Course is Southern Pines.

WAGJAG, PLEASE STOP SELLING CONCERT TICKETS IF YOU CANNOT RELIABLY FULFILL THEM.
Our tickets for the Disney Descendants/Zombies tour were purchased in March, and they were cancelled by WagJag at 1pm on the day of the concert. This is completely unacceptable.
This ruined my birthday plans with my daughter, as she was really looking forward to attending her first concert. Never again.
In the week leading up to the concert, I called 3 times and sent many emails trying to get an answer from them as to when I would be issued tickets. Never received a response, until I got a generic email the day of the concert asking if I wanted a refund or WagJag credit. Their customer service is abysmal.
Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere.
