Rubbish site. Wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering.

I ordered two grooming brushes from mrwaggytails; one was fine, the other had a damaged blade and was missing a screw. I emailed three times and received a stony silence in response. Avoid at all costs.

Paid, not received
I was sent some scam Evri codes which showed wrong parcel, wrong name and wrong address.
Communications stopped after I started to complain about recovering my money. They offered a credit or replacement...but nothing followed. Emails stopped. Nothing. End of !!
Reported to Credit Card for fraudulent activity / scam. Currently in the process of recovery money.
DO NOT USE.
Disgusting communication and lack of anything

How is this company allowed to trade.

Stay well clear.

Harness way to small

Takes 3 months to reply.

Trade and standards need to jail the owner.

I emailed waggy tails about the harness continually coming loose and it had slipped off my dog multiple times (my dogs blind so this was very unsafe for my dog). Sent images of the harness to them. They wrote back and said I had to send the harness back within a couple of days, I messaged to ask would I be reimbursed the shipping to return and still waiting on a response. However this harness had caused cuts to form under my dogs arms so it was only fit for the bin - the quality was poor the positioning of the clip is not good and it caused injury to my dog. I would not recommend this harness or this company - the customer service is a joke and given 2 days to return a faulty item and they couldn't be bothered to reply when I asked about getting postage reimbursed - which meant I missed the 2 days anyway. The harness was only fit for the bin do not waste your money

Worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, apart from the unhelpful response from Hayley return at your own expense within 3 days despite me saying I was out of the country, I asked for some grace time wise, since then they keep ignoring my emails to the point I’ve just all but given up and the coat that I purchased instead will go to a pet charity. Like others have said if I could give you zero stars I would. Shame on YOU Waggy Tails.

Not a good grooming device in my opinion. I used this on my labrador. I found it clumsy to use, not easy to groom all his nooks and crannys. I get far better results from my furminator and Kong silicone brush. Very disappointed in this product.

This was fourth order I've made. When placing order I asked a question and said we had a problem with the past harness. But in there wisdom chose not to answer. I then emailed them two more times and to date still not replied. On the time of order I paid an extra pound to get the hermes a bit quicker but it still took 2 and half weeks. And they printed phone number wrong. So I will not be ordering anymore and more to the point can not BE BOTHERED TO REPLY TO EMAILS.
VERY POOR....

I purchased a dog coat from this company in January, the coat arrived too small and they asked me to order another size and pay half price??? Why would I do that when I'd just paid full price for the one I ordered and just needed another size. I eventually got through to someone and they asked me to return the smaller one ( which I did) I have emailed from January to date and yet still had no replacement after someone stating they'd help me as I'm disabled. I'll never use this company again they haven't even hot the courtesy to call you or get in touch after 7 months of complaining.

Bunch of scammers. Ordered a M size harness, they sent a L. Returned it, sent proof of posting. No replacement harness received and they are ignoring our emails.

Terrible product doesn’t work. Asked to return it they don’t want to know bought the grooming item . Please don’t make the same mistake it’s rubbish shame there is no minus stars beware

Absolute rubbish….can’t believe I fell for it. Have asked numerous times for a refund & being ignored!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I ordered a cosy calming dog bed (size LARGE) at a cost of £31.99. And so it began !!!

1. Tracking number provided was not recognised by any delivery company.
2. I queried this by email 11days after order and it arrived 3 days later after a response telling me tracking number had been updated.
3. Terrible quality and no where near big enough for a cat whereas I had ordered one that advert stated was big enough for my little 10kg Poochon.
4. Apparently I could not return if more than 14 days after my purchase and it must have significant damage making it unusable - also it must be returned at my expense although a refund wasn’t guaranteed. I decided to cut my losses and donated to a pets charity shop.

Lesson learnt - READ REVIEWS before ordering

DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS - FRAUD
Take your money, don't sent product and provide fake tracking numbers.
They do not respond to emails or Facebook messenger.
Don't buy from them, you might as well burn your money.

If I could give this review zero I would! I bought a personalised harnest for my wee pomeranian puppy on the 16th of June & he is very small how ever he fitted into there XS guidelines of 26-50cm and my wee ted is 45cm how ever this seamed a perfect fit for him on the 24th of July ted was hit from a car & we were very fortunate that it was only a broken paw & ted is recovering very well! However I did email waggy tails to explain what had went on I attached pictures & videos of how loose the velcro was on the harnest & how ted had managed to escape a few times baring in mind I only bought the harnest 5 weeks before the vet bills all in all should have been £2200 but as I part time I got a reduced rate at £979 I tried to explain to waggy tails I am on a low income & a single mother i work & instantly I was shot down they refused to help pay the vet bill telling me they were a small business but surely have some kind of insurance to cover this!! I am in the middle of seeking legal advice but my advice is avoid & I genuinely wish I had done a trustpilot search before I had purchased this harnest a £23.99 harnest just about cost my puppy his life let alone the £1000 I am out of pocket

After 2 weeks the collar had no more scent at all and even after a week the insects were attacking my dog

The collar is way over priced ($34 CDN).
The scent was not at all strong either.
not all essential oils are of good quality I found out.

I ordered and paid for a personalised dog harness on 13 July. I received several tracking numbers, none of which were recognised.

I received the personalised dog harness today which was not personalised. I emailed them to let them know and they said I had not left any details and an apology for the inconvenience. I responded to tell them that I had paid for a product that was shown online, was not what I had received and was against Consumer Rights Act and have had no response.

I have since tried the harness on my dog and it doesn't fit. The measurements they have posted on their website are not the measurements off the product I have received.

When you read their 'policies', they are worthless. And now I believe the entire website is worthless.
