I had a really lovely Experience at Wagamamas West Quay Southampton, Mia was delightful, so was so on-the-ball with letting us know about our orders, I really enjoyed my time there and she was fab with keeping us in the loop and really efficient and professional.
Norwich site this would've quite possibly been a 1 star
Me and my partner where out doing our christmas shopping. Every time we come to Norwich we think about going to Waga, the queue is always extremely long so we never bother since we only have a limited amount of time before we got to make it back home. but we decided this time to take the chance. so we waited outside in the cold for about 15mins and once we were in, we were shown to a table pretty quickly which was great. after sitting down it took the waitress about another 15 mins to come see us. i understood since it was saturday the restaurant was very busy and everyone in their seemed to be working pretty hard! so we made our order with the waitress, she explained how meals wont becoming together they'll just becoming as and when they are ready. The chap that was sitting everybody down then came over and asked us if we wouldn't mind moving further along the bench that we were sitting on, since he had a family that come in that needs space for their baby car seat. we had no problem so sure enough we moved. so after about 20-25 minutes we got our drinks along with the starter, 2 stone cold pork belly bao bun's they were nice but it would've been nicer if they had a bit of temperature to them. since its an open kitchen we saw them up at the pass for awhile before receiving them. we then waited another 15 mins or so for our mains. so here comes the mistake, our mains were given to the new family where we were previously sitting at, and before i could even say anything the bloke already had noodles and steak shoved straight in he didn't even take the time to look at it and hIs partner was the exact same! they must of been extremely hungry and I guess they having a great experience since their 'meal' only took about 5 mins to come piping hot and they didn't even question the fact their mains came out before their starters. so yeah I was pissed so i found a waiter/manager and explain the situation he name was Kyle and actually he's done Waga credit cause I was ready to give this a 1 star! so we he then reordered our mains told me that it wouldn't be too long. we waited for another 25 minutes! for my partners meals and i waited for another 15 minutes! after that! i understand a mistake happened but we still must have been in the restaurant for about 1hour 30 mins before I had received my main! absolute nightmare! cause of time we ended up taking away our deserts with us instead of actually enjoying them at the table. I wish we could've had a real Waga experience but unfortunately not the case. again though if they didn't have this manager Kyle I probably would have given this a 1 star, his composer and just the way he was around us seemed like a genuine likeable person that understood the situation.

Went to Bristol Cabot circus restaurant worst experience ever in a restaurant food came out at 3 different times & when questioned waitress was just rude & walked off.
Avoid this place dam right awful!!!!!!

Disappointing first time at Wagamama Crawley…
First time at Wagamamas at Crawley Leisure Park last night and I won’t be going back!
We were warned there was a wait for a table due to large quantities of online orders and that wasn’t an issue as we were offered a place to wait and an iced water.
However, it was the wait at table that was unacceptable. Our order was only taken because we complained to the waiter who said he thought we were with another group. Then an hour for the food and again only because we complained. Starter/side was cold and had obviously been standing waiting. The manager was supposed to come to talk to us. In hindsight we assume it was the young man who brought the food to the table but given he didn’t introduce himself or give an explanation for the service we assumed he was the busboy/server. On top of that they had no Diet Coke/Coke Zero and the smarmy waiter was shocked that we didn’t think full sugar coke was a suitable alternative and would rather stick with iced water. Such a disappointing night! Best bit was the McFlurry from the McDonald’s!!!
Amazing Manager!!
Amazing service at the Manchester St Peters Square restaurant. The kitchen was out of my usual (Katsu chicken salad) so the manager suggested I try something else. It wasn’t to my liking and I ended up leaving most of it. But when it came to paying, he noticed and took it off the bill straight away. I didn’t expect him to do that, the gesture was so lovely I will definitely back soon. My boyfriend also has allergies and they prepared his food in a separate kitchen which was above and beyond! Really really happy. I didn’t get his name but he had a beard and cool ear stretchers - if someone from Wagamamas reads this he’s a true asset!

I went to my daughters in winchester and decided to have a take away as we love wagamama food, biggest mistake ever.
The worst meal i have ever had. Over 1hr waiting for delivery only to have 3 main items missing, the customer service was patronising and demeaning, they informed us they would send the missing items and it would be 20 mins ...45 minutes later it arrived , in the end it all ended up in the bin...best place for it

Terrible experience! Do not go here! Wrong food, no cutlery, waited 30 mins outside for takeout as signposted and just got ignored by staff. As a result food was freezing cold.

Wagamma's in the Trafford centre was a regular stop for me and the kids before the lockdown. Have to say we're missing it a lot. Really varied menu (you've got to try the katsu curry!) Staff are really friendly and there's free wifi so the kids are happy. What more could you want!
Love the food from this chain
Love the food from this chain, probably one of the best for a good takeaway and fairly healthy too! However, I can't wait until the lockdown is over, as I can't stand the 'click and collect' order online service, as I preferred to call for my order on the telephone and then collect.. It appears, with the C&C service, Uber eats and Deliveroo, take priority over the direct line order service. I live a minute away from Waggas, and my food use to be piping hot when I got home but not anymore! I can't wait until we can visit the shop in person again!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Friday 11th December around 2 pm- Westfield Stratford City. (Fair skin, dark hair, medium build) Lady at the front was chatting away to two customers and had her back to the door so my friend and I had no idea she was working there and therefore we started entering the restaurant at which point she turned around and said “Where are you going” in which I replied with “to eat” and then she said “Aren’t you going to join the line” and I apologised straight away, as I didn’t realise there was a line because it was only the two ladies and she had her back to the door and was facing them chatting away. She ignored my apologies and rolled her eyes at me! She then let the two ladies enter (one was not wearing a mask), she was speaking very rudely and told us to put our masks on. This is horrible customer service. Never felt so uncomfortable! People like this should not be hired.
