Tengo una duda con W1TTY lo primero de todo excelente aplicación segundo podría utilizar W1TTY para mi trabajo? Dar mi número iban y utilizarla sin problema para mi día a día? No hay restricción si mi trabajo me hace las transferencias mensuales?

very bad experience, I tried to open account first they told me you already have an active account and later on they discabled my account, not positive response despite of complains.

My experience with W1tty has been terrible. I'm thinking about filing a complaint about this “bank”.

Since I changed my phone to another one, they have been holding my money. It’s been two weeks. My cards are deactivated, and I can't even wire transfer some funds to another bank account. Customer service keeps telling me they are investigating the issue. For two weeks? The whole app does not work. Why am I paying monthly fees if the card never works?

Paying with Apple Pay is impossible in most apps. The UI/UX is terrible, bad. Completing an action on the app is a daily challenge. CS takes a whole day to answer urgent queries. I have never experienced something like this with a digital bank.

Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette foutu pseudo banque! Une vrai galère couronnée d’arnaque, c’est simplement des voleurs! Depuis le 31 août, j’ai effectué un virement de 2000€ de mon compte w1tty vers mon compte français! Et là je n’ai pas reçu le virement et il a fallu que je les harcèle avant qu’ils ne restituent les sous hier sur mon compte w1tty. Mais là, impossible pour moi de faire des transactions sur le compte malgré mes nombreuses relances! Je ne sais même plus quoi faire de cette situation! Impossible de retirer mes 2000€! Je ne vous recommande pas cette fichue banque!

I have been using the W1tty cashback card, and while the 3% cashback feature is certainly appealing, my overall experience has been a bit disappointing.

One major concern I encountered was related to the card's dispute process. In the unfortunate event that your card is misused, initiating a dispute with a merchant can be a challenging experience with W1tty. Despite their own terms and conditions stating the possibility of a chargeback, I found that they refused to initiate one. This left me feeling like I was left in the dark and not adequately supported when I needed it most.

Another aspect that left me unsatisfied was the customer support through the app's chat feature. I found it to be unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration of dealing with card-related issues.

Additionally, I faced issues with the card's functionality in certain places, particularly when trying to use it with Google Pay. It's essential for a modern card to work seamlessly with popular payment methods like Google Pay, so this was a notable inconvenience.

The simple interface and constantly added new functions make it a great alternative to standard banking apps, and I hope more of my friends start using it soon!

Worse company I ever used , wouldn’t recommend it to my worse enemy , please guys do not use this bank , I never receive my wages from my job into my bank and then they say they can’t find it ?🤣 good job I got the money back but I would not recommend this service to anyone. Robbing c#%nts, well tried to anyways.

App with actual Customer Service.

I had a problem with a transaction and had to resort to the app’s customer care team. I never expect much from this, based on previous experience with other services. Imagine my surprise when an agent not only responded promptly but actually provided assistance with my query! That alone singled out the app for me.

Antragsverfahren hängt seit Tagen in der Luft weil sie angeblich zusätzliche Informationen brauchen. Limits sind viel zu gering und Bargeldverfügungen am Automaten zu teuer. Im Gegensatz zu Revolut gibt es keinen Handel mit Aktien, ETFs, Kryptowährungen und Edelmetalle. Leider auch keine deutsche IBAN. Gut ist bisher nur 3% Cashback, Frage ist aber wie lange das bleibt. EDIT: Onboarding hat endlich funktioniert, Kartenbestellung nicht möglich weil Fehlermeldung. Außerdem unterstützt das Konto kein SEPA Direct Debit und kein SEPA Instant. Google Pay wird derzeit gar nicht angeboten? Und wieso bekommen EEA-Kunden eine britische IBAN?

Por el momento, llevo varias semanas por W1TTY estoy bastante contento. Hay con entidades que no te dejan cargar W1TTY desde la tarjeta de débito pero siempre hay soluciones a través de otras tarjetas como REVOLUT, de intermediaria entre ambos bancos.

Espero que no quiten el cashback porque es el éxito de que se pueda convertir en una de la tarjetas favoritas de los usuarios en España como sucedió con Bnext o VIVID, tarjetas que dejaron de ser atractivas.

My brother has transferred me £135 and it’s been more than 2 hours nothing has come through

Was supposed to be paid from my job yesterday on Friday 18th august, and when I speak to customer service they says it’s still not showing in their system , when my job have told me they have sent the money and I should of had it by now.. terrible experience so far… and still waiting on my money to go into my account🙄

I was searching for a cashback card and stumbled upon W1TTY, the app feels very fluent and well made and I am very convinced.
There is an error with the Quizzes, but that's nothing impacting the usability of the app.
The german translations are a bit off, but I think this will be resolved one day.
The 100€ free top up limit is no problem since you can just make a SEPA transaction.
I hope this project will grow in the future :)

Ho provato varie volte a prenotare un passaggio su Bla Bla car usando questa carta ma continuava a dirmi 'transazione non andata a buon fine per motivi tecnici' e di conseguenza il passaggio non risultava prenotato. Ho provato ad aggiungere la carta su Pay Pal per poter pagare in quel modo, ma anche Pay Pal non approva l'utilizzo di questa carta, non capisco come mai.
Ma la cosa più grave è che aprendo l'account mi sono accorta che hanno scalato dal mio credito la somma del passaggio x 8 volte (il numero di tentativi che ho fatto). Ho subito fatto richiesta di assistenza per recuperare quegli 80 euro scalati senza motivo ed è da più di 40 minuti che sto aspettando la risposta di un operatore. Sono certa che mi ridaranno indietro quei soldi (mi piace essere positiva), ma voglio segnalare che l'iter di utilizzo online di questa carta non funziona assolutamente, fa perdere tempo e fa stressare!

Después del problema que tuve con mi tarjeta, se pusieron en contacto conmigo telefónicamente y a través del chat, dándome indicaciones hasta resolver el caso. Muy bien la atención prestada.

Since deposits via banks can be fast and free I will test the app more and change my review if I get the cashback.

I have attempted to initiate the closure of my W1TTY account twice in your app, the first contact was made with you over 3 weeks ago.

After first requesting to close my (inactive) account I was advised by various people in your Customer Support Chat that I’d be contacted by the “responsible team”. Nothing happened. I made the same request one week later and I was given the same generic throwaway message about expecting contact from your “responsible team”. Two weeks down the line, still nothing.

This is really not good enough, I am literally dying of a terminal illness and attempting here to get my finances in order quickly. I have absolutely zero use for the account. You are positioning yourselves as a regulated e-Money institution but this is a frankly appalling level of customer service.

I have tried to be nice about this but I simply don’t want to ask again, please close my account immediately.

I have already made contact by email but you are leaving me with no choice but to do this here as I am desperate for a quick resolution.
