Instant transfers sent to W1TTY 8 days ago and no money appears in the account. Support ignore all contact. Sending banks confirmed faster payments completed and received by recipient account. They just keep your money and don’t credit the account balance then completely ignore any type of contact.

Wi1tty does not response to account closing

I have wrote to their contact email, support email and also complaint email. In addition, I called to them. But I have no answers....

Hace 3 días que un comercio me realizó un reembolso en mi tarjeta W1TTY con importe de 880€, se supone que debería haber llegado ya y no ha llegado todavía, el comercio tiene la operación autorizada y descontada pero en mi wallet no me aparece nada!!

Hice una transferencia el lunes 29 de enero y hoy día 1, (4 días más tarde) aún no ha llegado a su destino esa transferencia. El saldo aparece descontado en la cuenta de origen pero no aparece reflejado en la cuenta de destino. Normalmente estas transferencias SEPA suelen tardar 1 o 2 días. No entiendo que está pasando

this is the account in USA.

I spoke with them now and they are not holding my money so they didn’t receive the amount.

Could you please, fix it because is my money?

2 Weeks of writing to support and to emails and haven't received any answer about my account. Don't bother using it.

Issue got resolved but time it took was almost a month still would not recommend.

Support is not available. Chat is deactivated . Company is bankrupt?

Would give 0 stars if possible worst service in the world been trying to transfer out my money 5 different times without it working and no response in chat or email for 30 days.

Jestem rozczarowany brakiem odpowiedzi od W1TTY od 24 stycznia po skontaktowaniu się z nimi poprzez czat aplikacji. Dodatkowo, od tego czasu nie mam dostępu do moich pieniędzy zgromadzonych na koncie. Brak komunikacji i utrata dostępu do środków finansowych są niezadowalającym doświadczeniem. Oczekuję szybkiego rozwiązania tych problemów.

Nie mogę zapłacić kartą, a mam środki na koncie. Skontaktowałem się z nimi przez apke, ale jest cisza. O co chodzi?

Veo muchas reseñas negativas del Banco y me preocupa, porque como ha todos han desaparecido las tarjetas de debito de nuestra cuenta, acabo de recibir mi sueldo y viendo todo esos comentarios, me preocupa no poder pagar con la tarjeta nos poder realizar una transferencia.

I transferred money into my W1TTY account on the Friday 26th January 2024, it is now the following Monday and still haven't received my money. No one has replied to me and no one has picked up the phone. I have called over 50 times and messaged and emailed numerous times. Can someone help me with this? This is an absolute joke.

Still no response to anything, absolutely horrendous and will be contacting lawyers.

Nie wiem o co chodzi z tym bankiem ale od jakiegoś czasu nie można płacić kartą, przelewy nie dochodzą do innych użytkowników. Przelałam sobie z mamy konta 360 euro w piątek i do teraz nie doszło

El pasado jueves 25 de enero, hice una transferencia SEPA desde W1TTY a otro banco y todavía no ha llegado, pero en mi cuenta de W1TTY ya lo han restado. ¿Dónde está nuestro dinero? Y no me respondáis que hay problemas técnicos porque es mentira, no respondéis por el Chat de Soporte ni por email.

Edito a 30 de enero, 2024: Hoy, 30 de enero, ha llegado la transferencia. Recomiendo a W1TTY que atienda a los clientes por el chat o por email porque su silencio hace desconfiar y eso es lo peor que puede haber.

Von heute auf morgen deutlich verschlechtert.
Erst wurde das Cashback gecancelt... Dann auf ein Mal von kostenlos auf kostenpflichtig umgestellt.
Accounts wurden ohne aktive Kommunikation gesperrt, weil es keinen kostenlosen Tarif mehr gibt.

Support hat früher innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet, jetzt wartet man Tage. Konto schließen geht somit deutlich umständlicher, da man dies nur über Support machen kann.
Anstatt hier die Bewertungen sinnlos zu kommentieren, sollte der Anbieter die Ressourcen in die Beantwortung der Kunden anfragen investieren.

Bin gespannt wann die Auszahlung auf meinem Konto ankommt.. sorry aber so behandelt man keine Kunden.

W1tty is holding back customers money, nothing works anymore card dont work also i cant transfer my own money to my won account sepa transfer gets held back two days now, most unreliable shady online bank account i rather use revolut cause i never had any issues like that with them.

I will contact my lawyer on monday if i diidnt recieved my money till then.
