Mailaddresses all came back when I ask for my sunglasses… nobody available and I am advising my credit card provider to refund me the money as from VZN no response. Keep your fingers away.

Mijn eerdere 1 ster review heb ik na twee dagen aangepast naar drie sterren omdat;
Ik drie brillen ontving voor de prijs van €90 en de kwaliteit echt niet goed is. Buiten de kleine maten zijn het ook gewoon dure plastic brilletjes. Voor mij maakte dit geheel 1 ster.
Na het plaatsen van de review kan ik niet anders dan complimenten te geven aan VZN frames. De manier waarop ze meedachten om tegemoet te komen en mijn klantervaring positiever te maken, hebben ze echt goed en netjes gedaan.
Daarmee 3 sterren. Nog steeds (persoonlijk) 1 ster voor de kwaliteit van de producten, maar 5 sterren voor de oplossingsgerichtheid en service.
