I ordered two pair of their sunglasses off instagram and the glasses came fairly quickly. They definitely looked better online than in my hand, but also felt cheap and were smaller than they looked in the ad. I told them I wanted a return and the response was to give me a 50% refund and keep the glasses. Or if I wanted a full return I was responsible for the return cost, and surprise they're located in England, even though the return address is CA. Dont be like me and buy stupid shit off Instagram.

Ordered lights well over a month ago, emailed them direct and also on their page multiple times and no reply.
Very very bad customer service and shipping not as per their website

Never received my order. Reached out multiple times with no response. Do not donate your money here!

SCAM DONT BUY

Ordered nearly a month ago and product has not arrived.

My order has been placed for 1 and a half months now and still hasn’t came. They took my money out of my bank account straight away, they said it’ll take 1 week to 2weeks to arrive, It has been much longer then that. I keep trying to contact the company which I haven’t got 1 Email back. I am very disappointed. I would like answers to where my stuff is.

I recently bought the lights they sell for 40 euros. I tried to cancek my order and messages them multiple times and never got a reply back. Absolute scam! Do not buy anything from these people!

Scam, dont respond to mails, not on their direct e-mail or via shopify. Shopify also doesn’t do anything and continue to advertise them

I bought one of their products, got confirmation, and then nothing else. I messaged repeatedly and by different ways and I never heard back

Definitely a scam via Instagram - I ordered items on October 6, 2025 it is now January 8, 2026 and still have not received them nor have I had any replies to my various emails. A shipping notification was sent in November 2025 however shipping or tracking details were never provided. Thieving scumbags, I wish they were in Aus I'd pay them a visit!!!

Do not buy from Onevzn. They take your money & products never arrive.

If I could give a rating below zero, I would. The quality of these glasses is terrible. I paid €50, and the plastic feels so cheap that even street-market sunglasses are better made. There is nothing luxurious about them, apart from how they look on social media. I was shocked when I received mine. I kept leaving comments on their Instagram, but no one ever replied; instead, they blocked me. For this price, there are far better brands out there - Meller, for example.

Skip VZN frames, guys!

These glasses are so cheap looking, they look great in the photos but in person they are not worth the money. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.

Terrible quality product that is grossly overpriced

Only gave one star because I couldn't do zero!! Avoid this company at all cost. I donated $65 buying direct and have not received anything. I was told the 'product was stuck in customs' and then I was told that the tracking number shows the product was delivered. Onevzn took no responsibility stating that 'policy' says they have to receive the product back before a refund can be given. Jason made no effort to fix the issue. If you buy from them, count on not receiving anything for your 'donation'.

I ordered their V1 lights back in January and about 3 weeks later they arrived by China mail, I put them under the dash in my car at night, exited and expected them to be really good after seeing the videos of them working, they are so dim even on full brightness and are clearly of cheap Chinese quality, I packaged them back up in the original packaging ready to send back to the supplier and emailed them asking to return them as it was well within my 30 days and then the battle started, they take over a month to answer emails, and they keep coming up with excuses to not give you a refund, like "we will wait for an answer from higher up and get back to you" which they never will, save your money, go elsewhere, or if you do buy these lights buy them on amazon so you can actually return them when you find out they are awful quality!
If I could attach screenshots of my full email conversation with their customer service team I would do, save your money, this company is awful and their lights are a waste of money.

Was initially really impressed with the lights when they first arrived but they advertise the battery life at 80+ hours. You’d be lucky to get 80 minutes out of them. Stuck them under my dash for a car show and came back an hour later and the lights had already died. Plus when I commented this on one of their Instagram adverts they deleted my comment. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Scam.
The lights last 20 minutes max, fall off and dont even stick properly. Tried to get a refund, sellers are ignoring my emails and not responding. Do not buy!!!

SCAM as others have stated. Product is trash and will not stick or charge long with remotes that are faulty and difficult to use. They will offer to upgrade you when you complain to avoid refunding and will NEVER send you the promised item.

Definitely a scam they say they’ll send you your order and never do then don’t reply to your emails. Been trying to get a hold of them for awhile now as my order from 2 months ago still hasn’t been sent.

You get an e-mail that the order has gone through, but nothing else will happen. You just get spam mails afterwards
