Brilliant customer support. Had a reply to my email within half hour and they fixed the problem, despite the time zone difference.

Their Customer service is top-notch. Best I've experienced online. Despite the difference in time zones, they still respond quickly to issues and adjustments. I'm guessing they have someone assigned to every of their customers in the world.

The support in the chat solved all the problem i experimented. Thank you!

The customer service is non-existent. Purchased a WP theme from them and tried to activate the license, only to find it was telling me that license had already been used (I have used neither the them or the license on any other website). Emailed support and still waiting for a response. Received spam email from them before support has even tried to respond. Spoke with the chat on the front page and all they could do was direct me to email support. When I said I was waiting, their only response was they will get back to you soon - which of course has not happened.
I put a post in the support forum. When I tried to log back into the support forum I get a message about a "Invalid or missing reCAPTCHA token" so even their own website doesn't function correctly.

FOLLOW-UP
When "Support" did finally get back to me, their solution was to be provided with administrator access to my website. When I pointed out in my written response that there was no need for that type of access for the problem of an invalid license and this was a scam, they immediately bombarded my phone with calls, clearly avoided documentation of whatever "solution" they were going to suggest next. In the support forum where I also posted the problem, they gaslit me and responded stating I had the lite theme. That is not what I paid money for. Now I have to go through the trouble I cancelling my credit card payment. So disappointed as I have used their themes in the past but I won't again.

FINAL FOLLOW-UP
The install finally worked, meaning they adjusted the license they provided me with in their database, and never needed administrator access to my website. I like the theme so I will use it (seeing as I paid for it) but leave this post here as a cautionary tale for others.

I did include in my original post that they did fix the license issue, but as they see the need to gaslight, I will remind them that the time difference is not the problem as I spoke to someone live online through their chat long before their resolution and they promote the fact that they always have quick support response. I will also add that when they requested by email that I take this post down, I refused because it was 100% accurate, and to make matters worse, the theme caused so many problems on my server the host asked for it to be removed. I received no communication from VWthemes after this, so they sold me a theme that they could not meet their advertised support standards on and that was unable to be used.

Has been very responsive to requests I've made. Able to tweak or show me how to fix the tweaks I wanted.

After spending hours of customizing a theme in the free version (to see if I it fits my requirements) I thought I just could upgrade to pro to unlock the premium features – but only after purchasing it became clear, that you have to install a whole new theme. And is pro version is different. Different templates, different handling, bugs. Even if I wanted to spend again hours customizing, I wouldn't be able to recreate the page I did with the free version.

Since this wasn't clearly communicated before puchase, I wanted to withdraw from the purchase. But VW Themes refuses to refund my money.

So I only can warn you all to buy a pro theme from this provider.
