Does not work properly. Support does not help.

No way to manage site activation, deactivate. Support is garbage. Run away!

I can't change anything. None of the first page is changeable.

A problem occurred while installing the theme, and installation was not possible.
I contacted support immediately, and they responded and sent me a new installation file. This resolved the issue. Thank you.

Wenn ich mir hier die Bewertungen anschaue, fällt auf, das viele Bewerter nur eine Review geschrieben haben. Sieht nach Fake Bewertungen aus.

Bin froh, das ich via Paypal gezahlt habe, so habe ich umgehend mein Geld durch Paypal zurückerhalten.

Wenn man sich die anderen negativ Bewertungen anschaut, scheint es hier ja eine No-Refund-Mentalität zu geben.

Mittlerweile habe ich eine Antwort vom Support nach 28 Stunden erhalten. Von schnell kann hier keine Rede sein. Es wurde mir eine "neue" Version zugeschickt. Die gleiche Version hatte ich bereits installiert. Der einzige Unterschied ist, das Wordpress jetzt nicht mehr sagt, es wäre eine neue Version verfügbar. Die Fehler (kein Speichern möglich) sind geblieben.

When I bought this theme (VW Stock Images), I thought I could set it up in a few minutes, but the reality was worse than I expected. Finally, after giving a chance to the handling of this issue with "technical support," which was wasting my time, I gave up and requested my money back.

Usually, companies have a money-back policy when they fail on their products or services, right?

By the way, I received an email saying, "we do not have a refund policy"... They offered to continue supporting me, for what? waste more time on something that is not working properly... I don't want to spend more time.

I am so disappointed, but I hope YOU, the next BUYER, save your money and don't give them a chance to be in this trouble.

I bought the VW Stock Images Pro theme, and I received a link that my Norton Antivirus alerted me to that the zip file has a Trojan virus... then I sent an email to support, but they didn't reply. So, definitely I DON'T recommend it. I will fight to get my MONEY BACK!!!

I bought the pro version and a bunch of stuff didn't work. After spending a few hours on it, I gave up, installed something something and was able to get it customized and running in less than an hour. I emailed them with a list of the issues, a note that I don't want to spend more hours going back and forth with their customer support, so to please refund my purchase.

They responded with a suggested fix and an offer to help fix it if that didn't work.

I re-iterated that I'd already spent more time trying to get their theme to work than I had time for and to please just refund my purchase.

They refused, noting: "We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. Due to the digital and intangible nature of the theme, we do not offer refunds.

Though we do not have a refund policy, we have a dedicated team that helps clients with any issues they may encounter in using the theme.

Therefore, we seek your patience and cooperation in this matter and assure you of a seamless experience in using the theme."

Very poor business practice to not have a refund policy, IMO. This is my mistake for not checking their policy before buying. Lesson learned. And a warning to anyone thinking of using this company - their refund policy is no refunds. So unless you're 100% sure it's going to meet your needs, and unless you have hours to spend with their customer service team, move on to another company.

REPLY to their reply: this is the problem with this theme - too many things that don't work and require interventions. No thanks. I'd still like my money back as I'm not using their theme (because I found a better one that took much less effort) but that's clearly not going to happen. Hey VW Theme, instead of constantly saying you "sincerely apologize", how about either make a better theme or have a proper refund policy?
