I want to love them, I really do. And in my experience the customer service has been pretty helpful. But fool me once…I have now purchased 3 toys and all three have died and malfunctioned in some odd way. The first one just never turned on again one day. The second would only work when it was in one awkward position. Currently sitting next to the third that just won’t turn off. No idea what to do except let it wear itself out. I want to love this company because when the toy works, it’s great. But how many can I continue to buy knowing I’m spending not a small amount of money for something that just doesn’t last?

I order the empress 2 and received it quickly and discreetly.
The product was amazing and did more then I'd bargained. 5 stars for the time it did work.

It has now broken, it's lost all suction ability. It still powers on but just has no suction. I'm absolutely gutted because it really is a great product and being just over the 12 month warranty guarantee Vush have responded to my repair/replacement request stating they are not obligated to offer a working resolution.
However, following this review, they contacted me (see below) and were more than helpful and kindly offered me a very fair resolution.

The empress 2 is good, better than good, and I'm very grateful for Vush having made this product and providing fantastic customer service.

Clearly up to 5 working days. I placed my order march 15th. I recieved my things on march 29th. I dont get it. Would be more honest if you are clear and obvious on your site or when I placed my order that it can take that long from you to me (in canada for a visit) 14 days..?? So my friend has to ship my order backnto where I live, in sweden. Not a great service at all…

I bought the Empress 2, and was SO disappointed. All I got was a sore clitoris, and it’s so loud! Since they won’t take returns (which I understand), I asked for a partial refund, since I only used it once, and will never use it again. They refused. Also, they won’t publish my review I wrote on their site.

It’s been over a month and still no refund (which also took far too long to even register). Insanely poor service and insane wait on refunds.

I placed my order on the 13th March with “express delivery”
No updates since the order confirmation!
Should be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
The online chat is useless. These products are not cheap and you can’t get a response. I’m growing more concerned by the day I’m going to have a lot of work to do to get my money back!

I have purchased two of the empress vibrators and have had both of them stop working within 6 months, I have had one replaced and that also stopped working.

original got lost in the mail and the legends at vush were so nice about it and sent a replacement

I really loved this toy but it broke within the first 6 months. They did send me a replacement but it also stopped working after a few months

The design is really nice: easy to hold and operate. The texture is both soft and hard, which I really liked. The only downside is that I wish there was an even softer vibe setting, and a pulse setting that didn't get really fast. This is probably not a problem for most people, but I'm super sensitive (I have to have my shower on the lowest pressure setting to take a shower, while my husband, and guests who have stayed with us for that matter, turn the water pressure way up). I love how you can both charge it in the case as well as the vibe itself. I've definitely recommended vush, and it's definitely worth a try!

Owned just over a year and it has stopped working , really disappointing with how expensive it was, I have had less pricey toys last longer , wouldn’t recommend:( sadly even though when it worked it was my favourite toy in my collection

I received my order in discrete packaging that was well sealed. When I opened it, the beautiful and feminine box that the toy comes in has a broken seal. When I pulled it open, all that was inside was a charging cable, and no toy. Trying to connect with customer service has proven difficult. I will revise my review if/when the issue is resolved.

The packaging is fine the products are ordinary this is the 2nd Vush item I have purchased and in all honesty it was because Cardi B has one in her film clip for Up.. Which is also why I'm disappointed to be fair Cardi is so sexually explicit that you can't help but have very high standards and I was hoping I could brag about them to my family/friends/co workers (as I'm a sex worker).. However for me personally they weren't it and they wouldn't be my go to to recommend to a friend or use on a female/client... I was hoping to get the whole collection as its more pleasing to the eye and doesn't look tacky as a mixed bag of sex toys does it's messy.. Cardi and the asthetics are why I've been a customer.
