This company goes above and beyond
This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I accidentally misplaced the brackets for my radiator and contacted them to enquire about some spares. They emailed back straight away and went hunting in the warehouse for some for me. Andy was very kind and helpful throughout. 5 star customer service.

Making decisions easy
I purchased the Anstey bath shower first very impressed with the quality so went back for the matching bath filler and basin mixer. So easy when everything matches!

Good Quality VURTU 2 Radiator
The radiator came very quickly. The only issue I had was trying to arrange a time for the delivery as I am out most of the day. But the Vurtu team were really helpful and emailed me the tracking number for the delivery to help me plan.

New and happy customer
I'm a first time customer - I found Vurtu via Instagram after being messed about by another online supplier delaying my order. Great prices on the Hunsdon Shower in Brushed Nickel and easily saved 50% without compromising quality. Would certainly recommend Vurtu to anyone who is planning a bathroom project.

Well worth the money
Apologies for the delay in leaving a review, I purchased the Braughing Basin Tap in good time before the bathroom fitter started to avoid delays. This tap is well worth what I paid for it and more, sleek, well made and practical. When I was looking to buy this type from other places they were at least a 3rd more in cost. I took a punt and I am really happy I did. Delivery was good, product is great and finished the bathroom off perfectly.

Typically I'm not one to leave a review. I've recently upgraded our bathroom suite and ordered the finishing touches of the bathroom suite from Vurtu. Unfortunately when my plumber went to install the radiator it had a leak on one side. Turns out the courier had dropped it in transit. I spoke with the customer service team at Vurtu and they managed to arrange a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service.

Fantastic experience!
Amazing choice of modern bathroom equipment and at a good price!
The website/ Instagram photos showcased perfectly the Barkway Tap and Hunsdon Shower, which now look fabulous in my bathroom!
Great customer service and fast delivery. Would 100% recommend and will be using again in the future!
