Brilliant products and very sturdy. I have purchased these previously for the downstairs bathroom and I get lots of compliments from everyone. These are superior compared to high end brands! Go for it, you certainly won’t be disappointed!

Very good quality at a very good price
Very good quality at a very good price. Needed to find basin tap's to match our bath. Found the identical ones. Ordered on Monday and they were with us by Wednesday the same week. Great service.

Ordered the radiator on Wednesday and was told it would arrive the following week and that was what I expected. It arrived on Friday teatime which I was highly delighted as was the plumber. Brilliant 👌

I ordered anthracite radiator valves recently and they all seemed very expensive. I managed to find these valves through the B&Q site and they arrived a few days later. Good quality valves and efficient speedy service

Amazing customer service & Great product
We bought a mixer shower (aka shower system)(Bensham 1895 Shower) from Homebase and after installing noticed an issue with the main shower head. Homebase passed this on to Vurtu (Andy) who called me and he sent out a new shower head in the post which arrived next morning and everything is fine now.
They provided the best customer service you could wish for
1. speaking to a real person
2. they called me & followed up with an email
3. they were here to help and not try and blame you 4. they resolved the issue immediately.
I wouldn't normally write a review about the product which is great but it's the customer service that was really amazing & made me want to write a review.
