I have an email and a confirmed booking. But it does not come up on the app. The chat bot, like all chatbots is worse than useless. Unable to have any feedback from a human. Have sent an email to the address zero response. Pretty poor. Left wo dering if my bɔoking is valid. Not seamless like other companies. A real pain.

*update.... they replied to this review within the hour with the same support site that they haven't responded/solved the issue in 3 wks.

If I could give it a zero I would. They have had $10,000 of my money that they have not turned over to me in more than a month. They have no one you can contact for customer service directly. Once you speak to one of their incompetent assistance they refuse to turn you to a boss who will do anything.

Kewal/Christian/Jessica none of them were able to forward me to anybody above them to assist nor do anything. This site doesn’t allow me to paste the emails from Kewal that confirm he received my tax papers and then the follow ups that say he doesn’t have them and then the next follow up that says I have to close the entire account in order to get paid.
Closing the account was going to obviously be on my to-do list. Once they closed my account they never gave me instructions on how to reopen it so that I could get paid. I’m still fighting that part. I urge you not to use them. I am a very highly educated person. Using a platform comes easy to me… Using this platform with these people is painful

We were a family travelling with two young children and had a very stressful experience upon arrival. The apartment manager did not show up, and at no point during the booking process were we informed of any issue. We therefore assumed everything was confirmed, but unfortunately that was not the case.

We contacted VRBO support, and they reacted quickly, helping us find an alternative apartment with similar characteristics nearby. They also granted us an additional £100 as compensation for the inconvenience.

However, because the replacement accommodation had to be booked at the last minute, prices were significantly higher than when I originally made my reservation, and I ended up paying around €200 more.

While I truly appreciate how kind, patient, and helpful the VRBO agents were, one aspect made the situation much more difficult: all communication was only available in English. As a Spanish customer, dealing with a stressful accommodation problem in a foreign language was very challenging, especially after a long journey and with two young children waiting for a solution. Fortunately, my husband speaks English much better than I do and was able to handle the conversations. Without his help, resolving the problem would have been much more difficult and stressful. I believe customer support in situations like this should also be available in Spanish, as language barriers can add significant anxiety to an already complicated situation.

Although the issue was eventually resolved, the lack of communication from the property manager, the extra cost, and the language barrier caused considerable stress and inconvenience for our family.

Great stay at the Linton Collection collection in the heart of Edinburgh only a few steps from the Royal Mile basically around one corner . The property had nice modern amenities, easy access very comfortable. We had an issue upon check-in with the sheets, not being cleaned and we addressed it with management who took care of it immediately great service.

Was able to book exactly the premise that we wanted very easily.
A text chat with Sarah was also very helpful.

It was easy to book online, I had a question for the owner of the property, this was answered that same day.

Hi... we have been travelling with your company for over 20 years all over the world and this property/ hosts are one of the best we have stayed with..,
The property is so central an hour from Manchester much the same to Birmingham stoke just round the corner and your on the peck distance , great, and so much more on your door step.. property is just right in lots of ways ... best book and see for your self's.... thank for great break 🙏
We will be going back and look forward to that day ....

Beautiful setting. Pleasant cottage. Plenty of wildlife and a good centre for sightseeing

Great location. Quiet street, close to Airport Tram (Haymarket Station) which is walkable. Close to all the Edinburgh attractions. Enjoyed my stay here, would definitely come back.

Property is in a great location for our trip next year there are plenty of shops,cafes, pubs near it it's a small street so no parking it's good that only had to pay a deposit in this financial struggle.it is a little bit on the expensive side but it's fairford airshow weekend and everyone puts the price up but will give another review after our stay

The local rental manager, Sam was very helpful with settling up in and giving great advice and information. Also, the apartment spec and its location near the beach were ideal.
