It took out some of the money and I can't find where I go to pay the rest. I went in to verify my phone number and it said my number was invalid... it's not.

Homes unavailable even though they say they are
I booked 2 separate homes that both said were available and was told by both hosts that they were not .. it is not a very smooth experience. It is frustrating as it says it is available but both hosts say it is not.
It is my first experience with VRBO and unfortunately not reliable

The overall ease of booking was good
The overall ease of booking was good. However we had initially booked a different property back in August. In October we get a text message from the owner asking us to switch units, and they were cancelling our booking because they needed the unit. This created quite this issue with trying to find a replacement. Then find a replacement at the same rate. VRBO Cares did say they were going to cover the difference. However, why does the property owner have the ability to offer replacement units outside VRBO, and Why can they cancel for just any reason?

Unable to clear the recent search to…
Unable to clear the recent search to reset the reservation after the owner changed the payment option. Tried everything, including clearing Cache and Cookies on the browser, closing VRBO app, turning off cell phone. Had to do it on a separate ipad to be able to start the reservation process again and show the different payment option set by owners. Just a FWI. Cheers
