Sorry to have to do this but I feel that I need to amend my last review of my experience with this company. My view has not changed as to the friendliness of the staff just that the advise given was not what I expected. A couple of weeks ago I went into a VPZ branch for the first time looking to move off cigarettes and my pipe to a vape. I had done some research and thought that a Geekvape B100 kit was a good fit. The branch had a unit in stock so I bought it. Today I visited my local branch only to be told that they did not have replacement coils. The staff member then checked on stock at another store close by (the one from which I made my original purchase) and they had no stock. I was directed to another vape store only to be told that the model I had purchased was old stock and should try Amazon!! What is the point of having a loyalty card when I can’t buy the needed accessories? Why was I not told that this is an outdated model? I am not happy at all and query whether I should go back to a VPZ store

I have been using VPZ only for four and half years.
The last two weeks Leeds city center haven't had the pods I need and can't get them anywhere else.
I was told two weeks ago they would order.
And didn't poor.

I order from VPZ all the time for all my vaping needs. Delivery is super fast. I order and a day later I recieve it. Customer service is super helpful and friendly both online and in store. I always recommend VPZ to any of my friends who vape :)

Very disappointed when I went to recycle my used products to be told they have stopped the service.

Surely it's the least you can do for your customers and the planet.

In store the staff are well educated and in my experience usually go the extra mile. When buying online however 🤦♂️ they give an option for next "working day" delivery and charge on the heavy side which is fine as its an option... but when its not delivered on the day you paid for, you contact them and get zero sympathy, no rearrange date, no refund just a "sorry no refund" "your fault" message and basically told to deal with it haha. So in store excellent, online and customer service is just shocking.

Always chirrpy, cheery and knowledgeable, this guy knows his stuff. After 50 years as a smoker he helped me so stop and I haven't touched a fag in 18 months. I will be indebted to this young man forever. I am so happy to be an ex-smoker now and it's thanks to him and his knowledge. This guy is one of your best assets. Thank you VPZ and thanks Eliot.

Excellent. Went to the Edinburgh Porty shop. The owner was fantastic and really knowledgeable. I have been a smoker for 30 years and finally took the plunge to start vaping (hoping to quit eventually). I was talked through what would be best to start with, no big sell and he was happy to discuss my concerns and questions and didn't rush my decision. Now been vaping for 3 months and haven't touched a cigarette first time ever. I have also shopped online and again brilliant service orders been delivered super fast. Can't fault and highly recommending. There is no hard sell and they are happy to answer your questions. Done the online chat too and again brilliant and helpful. Thank you. Definitely no going back to smoking cigs.

I was a new customer to VPZ when I bought a new Geek Vape device at the beginning of November. This was to replace an old one which had broken and was bought at a different store. I visited the store again on 7th November for some vape juice and asked advice about replacement coils as the new device was an updated model. I bought the ones advised by the store assistant. When I tried to replace the coil a couple of weeks later I realised they were completely the wrong ones.
As far as I was concerned it was a simple mistake and assumed it I would be offered a replacement. Not a big deal. Unfortunately the same store assistant chose to respond in a very aggressive way (even though I had been polite) and told me it was too late. Apparently I should have returned to the store earlier (within 7 days)and they couldn't change "the rules ". Having explained that I don't live in the same town I was rudely told it wasn't "that far" and I was offered 10% off the coils I should have had in the first place. So leaving me £14.99 out of pocket. I did not take up the offer.
I wrote a review about the local store and approached customer services. Their responses just hid behind T&C's and didn't address the unfairness to the paying customer about being mislead into buying the wrong product which was not fit for purpose. This from the company which boasts of being the vaping specialist!
If I was not spoken to the way I was in store I would have continued to go there. Never again. I have told friends about what happened and they can hardly believe the rudeness. Not to mention how it is that a company refuses to put right their error.
Just over a week later I am as upset by the way I was treated as I am by wasting £14.99. I honestly doubt whether the assistant would have behaved that way if I wasn't a 70 old woman that they felt it was OK to speak to a customer like that.
My advice is to make sure the advice you are given is correct. If it is wrong and you don't point it out in time this company will not budge.
With so many vape stores around, not to mention the Internet, customers can vote with their feet and their money. VPZ might do well to remember this.

Visited the motherwell store, I was recommended a vapresso pod kit. I was advised the first pod can taste different when first using the device.I replaced it with a new pod after letting the vape juice absorb and it has been much better than expected. Excellent customer service and great value

Luke in our local Exeter store is just fantastic, having vaped for several years and been in many a vape shop I have never been made to feel more welcome then I have with Luke, he is a pleasant, knowledgeable and kind young man, he never pressures you in to buying, he actually listens to what you like or don’t like and makes good honest suggestions, the store itself is always clean, tidy and well stocked, he is an absolute credit to the company and I hope is treated well and given every opportunity to advance. Well done Luke, keep doing the amazing job you’re doing!!

I have been a customer of VPZ for over 10 years. The guys in the shop in Penzance are really nice and professional. I am writing this review for the online service, specifically the support representative, Dave, who, after VPZ sent me the wrong product, refused to refund me because I had opened it. I understand this is a policy, but since VPZ made the mistake, I believe they should have accommodated my request or perhaps sent a voucher or something to make up their error, but nothing?. So VPZ has just lost a loyal customer.

Asked for 50/50 for my vape, got recommended S - Elf juice, never thought of looking at the bottle got home mixed in the nic shot tried it wasn't like my normal e-juice looked at the bottle 70/30!! Don't they understand what 50/50 is?!! 12.99 too very expensive! I needless to say I won't be using vpz shop again! Stick to my online shops fraction of the price good loyalty rewards lesson learned!

Feel scammed.
Went into York store for the dojo deal. Device for £9.99 and a pod for 1p.
Was told by staff in the store I had to buy two devices to get the deal which is not the case.
I have checked the T&Cs on the website and with head office.
Have reported to head office and will report to trading standards too.
Pressured upselling and blatantly made up extra terms and conditions to get me to buy more than I needed.
Head office are telling me they were simply offering me 2 for £20. The actual truth being the sales person made it explicit that to get the deal I had to buy two.
Trading Standards are happy to take this case forward having spoken with them today.
