Love it when a product helps to maintain consistency through the day
I love how simple this product is but yet it has made the biggest difference to how my brain works. Taste is incredible just mix it in each morning. Love the vanilla. Its package perfect so you can pack it whilst your travelling. Leaving you ready to tackle each day no overthinking or stressing.

LIFE CHANGER/SAVER
Absolutely love the flow fuel. I was diagnosed with adhd just recently. I am 38 and have a 2 year old daughter. My afternoons are no longer a struggle. I can now do dinner , clean kitchen, run around with my daughter, I can even do all those little things that I found so hard to do before this supplement. This has been a life saver for me. Thank you so much.

Bedtime bliss is epic
I have been using the vanilla caramel bedtime bliss for almost a week now, and it has me sleeping soooo well. I’m an insomniac from way back and this stuff is like magic. My brain actually shuts up for long enough for me to fall asleep and after every night wake (I have two little ones) I can actually fall back to sleep quickly, rather than starting a mental checklist of everything I have to get done the next day (my old go-to). Also, the other night I blended it with banana, vegan choc hazelnut ice cream and oat milk. Holy moly it was like the most delicious banoffee thick shake ever. Absolute lifesaver 10/10.

I cannot rate the flow fuel high enough. It has become an integrated part of my medication and routine and I notice immediately if I forget to drink it.
I have tried the Bed-time Bliss also but I can’t get past the aftertaste. I mentioned this to Voomie and they said that they are bringing out a tablet form soon. CANNOT WAIT❤️

From not focused to focused. From Ds to Bs and Cs
I just wanted to say thank you, Voomie.
My 15-year-old daughter, currently in Grade Ten, has ADHD and dyslexia. For her entire school life, every report card has said the same thing: “She needs to focus more” or “She’s easily distracted.” But this most recent report card was completely different.
The very first sentence read: “She is a focused and determined student who always strives to do her best.”
I was in tears reading it.
Since starting Voomie, not only has her focus improved, but so have her grades. She’s gone from being behind in her classes and never getting above a D to now achieving Bs and Cs, and she’s working at her grade level for the first time. The change in her confidence, her ability to learn, and her outlook on school has been incredible.
School no longer feels like a constant uphill battle for her, and we’re both feeling a sense of calm and confidence moving forward.

I started using voomies to kick off my all natural journey. The taste is different but over all easy to get use to. I was taking them for a few weeks and ended up with kidney stones and clarified by my gp that it was because of the ingredients in the voomie products.
Ive never been in that much pain since giving birth. Was pretty heart broken as they are quite expensive and I still had to parent my three kids while enduring the pain thst comes with passing kidney stones

Stop that Busy Brain!!!!
I have finally found a product that helps my "busy brain". I have the Pineapple Flow Fuel and it is amazing in the morning with juice. Makes me feel like I am in the tropics (but I live in a cold climate.) I also ordered vanilla caramel bedtime bliss and it stops my brian from thinking about what I have to do the next day (or all the songs I have on repeat in my head.) Thanks Tarah & Barry. It has done wonders for my mental health.

Such a great product!
I’m always a little skeptical of supplements but I had heard a lot of great things about Voomie so I thought it was worth a try. Every single time I take them I almost immediately feel more focused, I can see through the overwhelm & my brain fog clears! When I have a busy day & I just can’t get myself moving, I grab the Voomie & it does exactly what I need it to!

Our very first try…WOW
I received our very first lot of Voomie last week for my daughter and I. All i can say is WOW, What a product!!!! Definitely keeping this in our routine. We both feel more switched on and clear headed, able to concentrate and stay on task. There is no crash later in the day either, just sustained mental energy. We also noticed a subtle mood lift and less brain fog, which was a nice bonus. This was only at home on the weekend, we cannot wait to see the difference it makes at work and school. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gentle but effective way to sharpen your focus. Truly this is a wonderful product.

Works better than ritalian
Both of my boys use this. One is diagnosed with Autism, Adhd, odd. He uses both day and night every single day. He has ritalian as well and finds it works better then the meds. My other son is diagnosed with Adhd and he finds they both day and night help him focus. Sleep better. He feels like his head is clear.

One star is generous. Avoid Voomie.
I’ve had constant diarrhoea since starting Voomie, and that alone should’ve been the red flag to stop. But I stuck with it, hoping it would improve. It didn’t.
The taste is genuinely awful—especially the “Bedtime Bliss” flavour. It tastes like chemicals. I’ve tried mixing it with juice, milk, even Milo, but nothing masks it. It’s disgusting. In hindsight, I should’ve known it was suss when the returns policy made a point of mentioning “taste.” That’s not normal.
After some digging (which I should’ve done before buying), I realised how underdosed the ingredients are. For example, their Magnesium Threonate is 72 mg per serve… the effective daily dose is closer to 2000 mg. What’s the point?
Also worth noting: there’s no way to leave a review on their website, which feels deliberately shady.
I’ve basically paid for expensive, bad-tasting water that upset my stomach and did nothing useful. Total waste of money.

I just wanted to jump in and help clarify a few things in case it’s helpful for you or anyone else reading. Each serve of Bedtime Bliss works out to $2.30 per serve, and we also offer subscriptions that reduce the price and ensure you never miss out. We’re always trying to strike a balance between affordability and delivering clinically backed, high-quality ingredients at effective doses.
Regarding the taste, the earthy taste you experienced is mostly from magnesium glycinate, one of the most effective but also strongest-tasting forms of magnesium.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an upset tummy. Our products are natural, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and low in sugar, and designed to be as gentle on the gut as possible. However, everyone’s body is different and it’s possible some ingredients just don’t agree with you and that’s totally valid (happy to sort this out for you, just add it to your email).
Regarding the magnesium dose clarification, I love that you’re doing your own research and think that it's important more consumers do this. However, there seems to be a bit of confusion. The 72mg of Magnesium Threonate you mentioned is the amount in our morning product (Flow Fuel), not Bedtime Bliss. That’s intentional. Because our morning and night formulas are designed to be taken together, we balanced them to keep your overall daily magnesium intake within the safe and effective range. You would have received the bedtime bliss that had 225mg of magnesium glycinate; however, the current formula on the website is our updated one (no one has this in their hands as of yet, but will start receiving in the next few days).
Here’s a breakdown of what’s in the updated Chocolate Bedtime Bliss formula:
Magnesium Triple Blend – 225mg total elemental magnesium
Magnesium Bisglycinate (160mg)
Magnesium Threonate (52.5mg)
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (12.5mg)
And just to confirm: every version of Bedtime Bliss (old and new) contains 225mg elemental magnesium.
The RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) for magnesium in Australia is:
310–320mg for adult women
400–420mg for adult men
We make sure to not include the full RDI, as you will naturally get some magnesium from your diet. 2000mg per day would be dangerously high and likely cause major digestive upset for most people.

Buzzing energy to kick off my day!
Wow, I'm impressed. Usually I'm quite skeptical about products that claim to boost your brain, but the Voomie Flow Fuel is legit. I have been religiously using Voomie…
I have been religiously using Voomie for months! I am a chronic pain sufferer and sleeping is just another issue I have to deal with due to the pain but Voomie has been one of the only things that tastes good and helps me sleep the night through! I’m nearly a month in and I think on…
I’m nearly a month in and I think on day one I could feel a calm change. My brain instead of 20 monkeys jumping around, it was only three 🐒🐒🐒 (my brain and my two kids 🤭). I feel more calm with my children, more loving and more present. The state of overwhelm is unbelievably less. Running a business, sole parent, undiagnosed brain.. it all feels more manageable. I love the pineapple and feels like a morning treat. I need to try a different nighttime flavour as the caramel isn’t going down as well 😅
