VonHaus Customer support service is awful.
I bought a VonHaus Pizza Oven via Joybuy. When I received it there was a screw missing from the pizza panel. I have written tooth Vonhaus and Jotbuy twice and not received any response at all. Whilst the overall quality of the product is very good bad customer service would make me think twice about buying anything from them again. Order No was 1061302370000067391 bought from Joybuy.
I had a reply from Vonhaus support on 13th October where they asked me to send and email to their support team which I did. I still have not had a response. This has not changed my opinion of Vonhaus particularly their support team

Honest company to deal with
Ordered a house safe. There was a delivery problem, contacted Vonhaus and got a reply by return (from a human being!) received an apology and the goods were put on priority and received within 24 hours.

Ive ordered two elec radiators twice
Ive ordered two elec radiators twice. the first time the parcels looked liked elephants had played football with them. had to send them back (a pain) ordered again - this time the parcels looked liked they'd taken up parachuting but without parachutes! This is due to EVRI's lack of care but VH need to evaluate their use of this service to deliver products as I am now sending these back (a pain) and choosing a brand that cares about how their products are treated and the end user experience.

Heaters never arrived
I ordered 2 heaters on next day delivery due to having no heating in my house. They didn't arrive. Vonhaus said that Evri had them and Evri said that they were still waiting on them. I couldn't get any answers. I was told that I could have one heater resent but that made no sense as I had ordered two and needed two. I requested a refund.

Neat tower extension
I ordered a tower extension as I was fed up with metres of wire and plugs.
The tower extension was above expectation. It was small enough to sit atop a cupboard yet large enough for 8 three pin plugs.
I am thinking of buying another one to tidy up the tv, dvd, and digital box.
