Loose handle
The product was delivered as stated and was easy to assemble.
The issue was that the handle, which was assembled during manufacture was loose and during usage rotated and slide up the shaft. Even after tightening it was still loose.

Very pleased with this little vacuum!
Very pleased with this little vacuum. Easy to assemble and certainly a powerful LOUD suction. It is versatile for doing stairs and for a quick vacuum in the lounge or bedroom. It certainly picks up dust and dog hair (Labrador!). I have emptied it and cleaned the filter after every use and did bedrooms and stairs using with handle and without. It did not overheat or cut out. I believe that cleaning the filter after each use is essential as a vacuum of this size cannot perform efficiently if the filter is effectively blocked by dust!
It is light to use and works effectively on upholstery using the brush head. I have arthritis in my hands but find this vacuum comfortable due to its very light weight.
At this price it is an extremely good standby which I am sure I will turn to regularly for quick cleaning. Also useful for the car interior as with a cabled supply it does not run out of battery as frequently happened with previous cable free hand vacuums.
It was delivered the next day as promised.

The hedge trimmer works well
The hedge trimmer works well. The harness is not too good as the pocket that the unit sits in is not deep enough which means it keeps sliping out.
It does not have the same power as a plug in trimmer.
The delivery service was VERY poor. I had conflicting messages about delivery time. When I checked my emails I was told it was NOT coming on Saturday as promised. In the morning I checked to be told it had been delivered, I finally found it outside next to my car. Fortunately it had not rained, but it could have easily been stolen. The driver did not ring the bell or knock the door. There were two people at home.

Von Haus fire cheaper through their own website.
I opted to get the little fire direct from the manufacturer Von Haus because it was cheaper and the delivery date was much sooner than other major retailers that had it for sale. Perfect!

Really pleased with our dehumdifier
Really pleased with our dehumdifier. The quality is very and it is as quiet as we'd hoped. We tried another, more expensive one from a different make - we had to return it because it was so noisy, we could hear it through the wall! Not the VonHaus.
When we have to have washing drying in the house, it's amazing. You pop it on laundry mode, leave for going over night, and in the morning the laundry feels dry. TIP: direct the fan towards your laundry, then it's circulating air over it as well as dehumidifying the room.
Based on the product, the delivery and service, I'd look at other VonHaus products.

It's great to know that you've found it quiet, effective, and a better fit for your needs than other models you've tried. Thank you also for sharing your handy laundry mode tip!
We appreciate your feedback and look forward to helping you with future Vonhaus purchases.
