Great handy gardening tool if you’re a body builder!
The pole with the trimmer is top heavy, hard to steady and control.
You have to keep one hand on the trigger at all times for health and safety, I get that, but that only leaves one hand to hold it, direct it, and control it. It’s a strain working with your arms reach apart full stretch .
The trimmer is good, cable length good , but not for me .
Deliver and package excellent.

I am genuinely impressed with the customer service I received from VonHaus!
I contacted them to cancel a dressing table order, but unfortunately, it had already been picked and packed, so cancellation was no longer possible.
Rather than leaving me to deal with the return myself, their customer service team took the initiative to contact the courier and request that the parcel be returned to them. They kept me informed throughout the process and, to my delight, arranged a full refund without any hassle.
A special thank you to Jaselle for handling my request so professionally and kindly.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers, even when a purchase doesn’t go ahead as planned.

Almost 5 but...
I would have given 5 but the instructions for putting the scarifier together were a bit difficult. I still have 2 pieces I don't know what to do with!
However, even without those 2 pieces (very small & identical) it works and has done a brilliant job in scarifying and aerating a very sad lawn. My son is so impressed with the amount of rubbish collected he's taken it away for his lawn. Looking forward to a lighter rake in the spring and a glorious lawn by the summer.

The service from Vonhaus was excellent but the service from Evri was awful
The service from Vonhaus was excellent, however the service from Evri was terrible! Unfortunately this is not the first time that we have had problems with Evri. The first parcel from yourself to us was simply not delivered, and as I said above this is not the first time, on other occasions as with today it was delivered to the wrong address! This also has happened more than once before. Also to put this in perspective I have heard similar complaints from people we know about Evri! I would seriously recommend that you consider using another delivery service.
As I said at the beginning your service was excellent!

The best customer service ive come across in last 25 years
Had multiple heated throws always bought from vonhaus as they have always been great. This years was not hot at all then realised it had a fault emailed them and within an hour a free replacement is on the way ! You dont get any better than that ! I will be checking to see what else they sell that i can purchase from them in future as excellent customer service is very hard to find these days.

Coffee grinder works well, giving coarse or fine result depending on choice. Good value for money. Only slight drawback is the small volume of beans that can be ground at one time.
