Fast efficient service and delivery
Fast efficient service and delivery, easy to put together and helping with being in a sedentary position all day as now I can stand and move about but still work. Really can't recommend too much for home workers or older desk workers in the office

Good but didn't include correct bolts.
Arrived on time, good product but there was no bolt that fitted the mount to my new 75 inch Samsung tv The four of the correct diameter were much too long. Fortunately I have a large collection of stainless steel bolts/screws/nuts etc from work on my kit car so I found suitable and wasn't delayed.

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear that your order arrived on time and that you're happy with the product overall.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the mounting hardware. As TV manufacturers use a variety of fixing specifications across different models, additional fixings may occasionally be required. We're glad you were able to find a suitable solution without delaying your installation.
We also appreciate you taking the time to highlight this and will pass your comments on to the relevant team for review.

1st your customer service was good
1st your customer service was good, 2nd I ordered a tool pegboard, was despached next day, was told would be 2/3 days, even though website says next day delivery, that's were the problems started was told by evri it was out for delivery then told it was delayed, for some reason evri had returned it to the company, and I only found out when I contacted them. Give them their due they dispatched another one, but same thing happened it was out for delivery then delayed again, 10 days had passed, so cut my losses and asked for a refund. Which was paid promptly, have now got a tool pegboard after visiting ikea, would I buy from this company, not as long as they are using evri as a courier

We are very pleased with both the company and the product.
Firstly, everything arrived exactly as expected, when it was expected. I bought the rechargeable secateurs which on first inspection looked robust and well made for my partners gardening business as she has very sore hands these days. She finds them easy to use and very effective and they have enabled her to continue to take on tough pruning jobs.
I have to help plug in the charger so maybe room for improvement here.
