VONETEL must not be a creditable…

VONETEL must not be a creditable company.
I have a permanent service agreement, and their web page says my account is inactive. Cant be inactive if it is a permanent service agreement. Need a refund of my permanent service agreement total.

Moving 7,700 Photos from IPhone to Computer

This was a tedious process to move more than 7,700 photos from my Iphone to my computer, due to my slow internet connection. Shaun S. helped me and made sure I knew how to access the photos. This took a couple days, and he was diligent and courteous.

Shady and misleading

It is not a scam, they do not steal any info and they CAN fix things if necessary but they are misleading and take advantage of desperate people. They took my dad for $200 because he had a “virus” popup. It was just a phishing scam and my dad didn’t interact with it. So there was no risk. But my dad got worried and looked up Microsoft support phone number and Vonatels number came up as the number. (also misleading). My dad gave remote access to “fix” it and then charged $200. I learned about this layer when my dad told me what happened and my mom explained what she saw. Also I called later. when you call them they don’t say “vonatel” and if you ask them “is this Microsoft?” They don’t say no - they just say “Yes we service your Microsoft computer”. $200 my dad didn’t need to spend. From now on he’s waiting for me to check it out.
