We have been incredibly impressed with the service from Voltshare from end to end. A great company with great people and really in tune with the needs of business owners. The process from initial enquiry, to survey, install and after care has been stress-free and considerate.

We're delighted to report that within a week of install our charger at our holiday let in Lincoln has had its first customer, and we have seen a sudden surge in new bookings.

I have recently installed a Voltshare charger for my guests at my self catering properties. It took a wee while to get the charging pod installed but it was a painless experience, getting the grant was easy too. Considering it was installed at the end of the season I have already had bookings due to the charger, and it is easy for both me and my guests. Happy punters so far !

I've been really impressed by Voltshare so far. I had been contemplating for some time an E.V socket for my Holiday House Kinveachy, Aviemore. I wasn't sure where to start.

I had an email in my junk folder in Spring 2024 from Zara Hart at Voltshare. I'll be honest, at first I wondered if it were a fake mail as I am (like most businesses) inundated by fake emails.

That's why I'm writing this review. Zara is real and she was superb listening and explaining over a videocall all the advantages of using Voltshare.

This was followed up with really good materials/brochures and info.

The biggest selling point was when the Electrician came to assess my house. He was enthusiastic, very informative and I felt I could trust him.

Voltshare were also not pushy on the sale. I liked that. I had to wait a few months for a quieter time to get the installation booked. This was no problem.

The installation went smoothly, as planned and the device looks great.

I had a follow up call from the lovely Kerri-Lee Kirk at Voltshare. We discussed marketing strategies and I was enthused to take action to promote my new E.V charger.

Laura and Kerri-Lee at Voltshare helped me produce good promotional ideas which will be sure to sell this benefit to future customers.

Ps) for those considering an E.V charger my expectations are not for immediate results, I am expecting long slow return on this. My main motivation was to promote my green credentials and to appeal to those wanting to re-charge their car, whilst they refuelled themselves (that's the Catchphrase I have designed and used).

Knowledgable and professional assistance from the sales contact I was coordinating with. Communication was excellent.

We installed a voltshare charger at our holiday cottages about a year ago and are very happy with the results. We had some issues after installation with overvoltage supply issues. This required a replacement unit and a visit by SSEN (who were also very helpful), but now everything is stable and working well. Our guests are managing to download the app, charge their cars, without needing any assistance from us. Voltshare have been very supportive and a pleasure to deal with.

The charging at Penhill worked well for a week then the last evening of our stay we needed a charge to start our journey home
The initial stage went through as normal then refused to go further after accepting card payment
After trying for some time in the dark
We contacted the helpline and spoke with Jonathan who suggested we try the app route to charge up
We had to go inside the property to get a decent WiFi signal and to power up the phone
Having done all the setup steps after a successful download we found the app wouldn't let me charge as password incorrect
So it was back to the helpline
Again Jonathan picked up the call
He managed a password reset and talked me through the various screens to get the charger up and working from the comfort of the letting rather than standing out in the dark
We we're so grateful to Jonathan that all worked well as we hadn't enough charge to get to a public fast charge
We'd got so reliant on home charging that the thought of public charging didn't come to mind especially when you've got a long journey the next morning
At least I got a good night's rest because of Jonathan's help

We recently had an EV charger installed by Voltshare for our holiday cottages, and we're thrilled with the service. All very well supplying our customers with car charging facilities, but so far haven’t been paid despite requesting payment via the app and contacting customer support.

We started carrying out electrical work on the Isle of Wight as a VoltShare authorised installer in 2022. The 7 and 22 kW VoltShare HH3 electric vehicle charging stations have been installed in a number of hotels, tourist destinations and holiday homes across the island, We have found the VoltShare team provide an excellent product and an efficient and professional service and would highly recommend becoming part of the VoltShare team, from Mason Murray at Green Mile Charging Co Ltd based on the Isle of Wight.

Voltshare have always provided me with high quality, qualified leads, the vast majority of which lead to a sale. Installer support is superb, and on a couple of occasions when there has been an issue, they have been available on the phone throughout troubleshooting until the problem is resolved. Invoices are paid on time, and communication is excellent. The newest model is superb and very easy to install. Their turnkey solution including the ability to collect payments out of the box is a unique selling point that is popular with customers. I have been working with Voltshare since late 2021, and I am very happy to work with them any time. I can recommend Voltshare as a manufacturer and a partner to any installer without reservation.

From order to install to customer use, this has been a first class experience. The most important factor for us was how easy it is for the guests to use, and that's a ten, there are no ongoing fees, and the additional bonus of professional signage is a real bonus. The service from the team at Voltshare and the recommended installer (best to use if you can as that helps with the grant application) was first class. No hesitation in recommending.

Highly recommended. I chose VoltShare for my holiday lettings business driven by the ability to easily charge guests for using the EV charger and also the ongoing support offered by the company. The installation process was very easy and the electrician recommended by VoltShare completed the work in a professional and tidy manner. Since installation we have had some issues with the EV charger sim card not being able to connect to the mobile network. Whilst this took several days to resolve, the technical support team at VoltShare were very responsive when called upon and kept me updated on the issue resolution. I can highly recommend this company based on quality of kit, easy of use, service and aftercare technical support.

Great system, hassle free charging for our customers and our company. We're a tourist destination on the Isle of Wight, and we currently have 2 charge points outside our restaurant. The system is really easy for customers to use and provides a much needed service with the increased volume of electric cars, as well as providing a great income stream for the business. The customer service is great and we are now in the process of adding an additional 8 charge points around the site!
