They are scammers they use famous…

They are scammers they use famous tiktokers to promote their website with and give them their own code and when they use it they make probably 1000€ on an 2000€ purchase Becouse it’s just a scam they don’t send anything they don’t sell anything what your «buying» is basically giving them the complete amount

I’m very satisfied with Voltis! The shop offers an interesting selection of electric scooters, and the website is easy to navigate. I also appreciate that the team responds to questions and feedback and tries to clarify any concerns regarding availability and delivery times. Overall, Voltis seems like a promising shop for electric scooter enthusiasts!

Scam !
L’usine Dualtron aurait confirmé qu’il s’agissait d’une fraude et le dossier est déjà entre ses mains.
L’entreprise derrière ce site est introuvable. Les prix sont incohérents et certains modèles affichés sont totalement indisponibles. Ils proposent notamment la Dualtron Flip et l’Odyssey Alpha, alors que cette dernière est réservée à certains revendeurs dont Voltis ne ferait pas partie.
Le plus inquiétant reste l’absence totale de transparence. Aucune mention légale, aucune information sur l’entreprise, aucun numéro de TVA, aucun numéro de téléphone, aucun nom, aucune adresse. Impossible de savoir clairement qui se trouve derrière ce site.
Ils auraient également promis de rémunérer de petits créateurs de contenu pour promouvoir leur plateforme. On peut sérieusement se demander si ces créateurs toucheront réellement leur argent et d'où proviendra celui-ci.
Tous les éléments réunis font craindre une arnaque de type no ship, avec des clients qui paient sans jamais recevoir leur commande.
Ne commandez rien sur ce site tant que sa légitimité n'a pas été clairement établie.

Website is fake only 9 days old the other reviews are fake they claim 2-4 week shipping yet these fake reviews say that they received the scooter and they even replied to one of their fake reviews. Hope this gets taken down quickly. If you paid already call your bank for a refund.

Our website was launched recently, but Voltis did not begin operating on the day the website opened. Before launching the online store, we were already selling directly to customers, mainly through WhatsApp. This is why genuine customers were able to receive their orders and share their experiences before the public website opened.

Had you contacted us or checked this information before publishing your review, we would have been happy to explain it. Your review does not mention any order or direct purchasing experience with Voltis, yet it publicly accuses our company and our customers of fraud.

If you have placed an order, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you transparently. If you have not purchased from us, we respectfully ask you to reconsider these accusations, as they are not based on an actual customer experience.

Le site est génial j’ai pu trouver exactement ce qui me correspondait à un bon prix pour du neuf de plus le colis est arrivé assez vite et en bon état j’ai économiser du temps et de l’argent

Franchement bien

Après bientôt un an à travailler avec eux, apparemment maintenant ils cherchent à ouvrir un site Internet, et dans le principe, je ne suis pas déçu de leur service bien au contraire, j’ai toujours été satisfait
Je suis d’ailleurs toujours passé par eux pour toutes les trottinettes que j’ai vendu dans ma boutique, je suis simplement un petit peu triste que le filon que j’avais découvert, soit maintenant accessible au grand public 😂
D’ailleurs, en dernier point que je pourrais préciser, c’est que même pour le SAV ils sont vachement bon et réactifs, j’ai eu une fois un souci, et c’était réglé en deux jours

Top Service und faire Preise

Ich hatte schon mehrmals mit Voltis zu tun und hatte ehrlich gesagt nie Probleme. Die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert, schnell und man bekommt in der Regel zügig eine Antwort.

Was ich besonders schätze, sind die Preise. Meiner Erfahrung nach gehören sie oft zu den besten, die man finden kann. Ein Tipp von mir: Wenn ihr eine spezielle Anfrage habt, nehmt einfach direkt Kontakt auf. Manchmal sind individuelle Angebote oder bessere Preise möglich. Natürlich ist das keine Garantie, aber fragen lohnt sich.

Bei mir hat bisher alles problemlos funktioniert und deshalb kann ich Voltis ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.
