I got a trx4m defender for my sons 13th the customer service and delivery was brilliant my son is going to give his review - the crawler I got is incredible even with no mods this crawler is very capable the aftermarket for this crawler is massive with thousands of amazing mods I recommend this crawler

My personal experience has not been…
My personal experience has not been very good. I like to support local businesses but unfortunately I went into the shop. Ordered a part for my Traxxas. on the 4/10/25 they promised me it would be in on the Wednesday I went in on the Saturday they had cancelled the order. They re-ordered it on the.11/10/25 promised me again it would be there this Wednesday I phoned up on the 17th low and behold it’s not being ordered unfortunately I have been put off using this shop unless I am very desperate

I ordered a Zorro FTX r/c car from Voltage Models. The process was easy, I was a first time customer. I ordered on the 19th and the car arrived o the 25th.
DPD delivery was very good and emails on deliver progres excellent.
The car is first class. I will use Voltage Models again.
