It’s a scam!!!
This was my first time purchase with this app. It looks iffy to begin with. So I ordered a bag I like but the cheapest to test the water. I did receive the bag but it was absolutely poor quality and looks nothing like the replica as they claimed. So i requested a return. At first they offered 30% refund without having to return the item. I declined. They then offered 60% money back without having to returned the item. I again declined immediately and demanded a return address. They didn’t provide a return address until I told them that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only until then they provided a return address but it was too late, I already disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now still pending refund. Their website claimed that they will not ship the item unless we are satisfied with the item in the photo they email us. I was not happy with how the item appeared in the photo I received in the email but they said they already shipped the item. This is a total scam!

Well it's August 2024 and voguecarrier are still posting ads on instagram so it looks like they are still trying to scam people. I have been scammed a couple of times by what looks like a legit buy but I google everything these days to see if it's legit. That old saying comes to mind if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Ordered on 12th December was told delivery was 10 to 14 days from payment due to shipping. This is backed up in their Q&A sheet. I contacted them at 14 days assuming a busy Christmas delivery period. No reply, left it 2 days and asked for an update. Like all the other reviews on here, no reply. My bank are following up a claim for fraud Do not pay them a penny.

Surely something needs to be done to stop this

I paid a lot of money and nothing happened.

FAKE S***! Dont buy anything, they steal your money. They dont answer, i think i wrote them, like ten times!
You dont get any confirm, tracking number, or a review of your order! They just take your money. I lost 310,53$.
I hope the police, soon bite them big time straight in the a**🤬😡

I wish I saw these reviews before I bought from them, filed claim with Paypal after on the 17th when my payment went through and on the 18th I received updated proof off delivery with fake tracking number via USPS, apparently takes minutes to deliver from China and using US method. Just waiting on PP decision on returning my money. It's a scam, DO NOT give them any money!

I got the same experience with this place.
I reported to BBB and also since I pay with paypal i reported to them. they are investigating the problem with this site. Keep reporting till they will report to FBI.

Scam placed order through PayPal no order confirmation a d no response to emails filing a claim with PayPal we will see what happens

They promptly responded to emails so I thought it was genuine and ordered yesterday , I never received a Order number after making the PayPal transaction id , emailed to the same team the screenshot as they always answered questions before buying , to my shock no one responded and no order confirmation email received even after 24 hrs ,I feel like an idiot not trusting these reviews and purchasing it .

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They take your money then provide a fake tracking # that shows delivered the day after your order is placed & Paypal backs them b/c of this so you cannot get your money back. This is a complete scam. DO NOT DO NOT buy from here.

same so helpful and emailing constantly once payment was paid no emails and no item, my fault never pay with western union, only through your bank or paypal thats how they get you

Scammers. Of the worst kind. They tricked me into paying them a fair amount of money by Western Union by being responsive at first and appearing trustworthy, and after receiving my payment the just disappeared, without sending me my order of course.
