VPS server keeps going down
VPS server keeps going down. We pay a premium but service levels are pathetic. No explanation, no service recovery, it is almost as though nothing happened. Very dissapointed with the experience. Beware before signing up with them.

Very good Domain management service
I've been using Vodien for a few years now for my domain names and DNS management. They are reasonably priced and their support is excellent. The support team is helpful and have never had any problem helping me with set up and management of the DNS settings.

Why is your email hosting keep having…
Why is your email hosting keep having issue? We have been facing issues almost every quaterly or more.
This is really unacceptable especially when businesses cannot afford downtime.
This is the last straw and we will look to migrate to other more reliable service.

12-Year Loyal Customer Betrayed: Coerced into a failing "Managed" VPS, trapped until 2027 with NO support and constant 8-hour outages.
I have been a loyal Vodien customer since 2013. I stayed through the acquisitions (Vodien and its parent company got sold a couple of times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I have never felt more betrayed and exploited by a service provider in my life.
Everything shifted when they prioritized sales over stability. I was coerced and pressured by their sales team into 'upgrading' to a Managed VPS back then. It was the single worst business decision I’ve ever made. For the last 6 months, my server has crashed or gone offline for 4 to 8 hours at a time—at least 8 separate times.
Here is the reality of 'Managed' service at Vodien:
Zero Accountability: They shortened their call-in hours specifically to dodge the flood of complaints about their failing servers.
The 'Loyalty' Tax: I am currently trapped. I paid upfront until April 2027 because I had faith in them, and now I am stuck watching my business suffer while they sit on my money.
Non-Existent Support: In today’s world, their service level is a joke. You aren't a client to them; you are a hostage.
The level of frustration and anger I feel cannot be put into words. I am counting down the days until I can escape this contract. If you value your uptime, your sanity, or your money, do not make the mistake I did. Stay far away from Vodien.

The reviews listed here are lies…Vodien is a terrible choice.
The reviews listed here are lies because Vodien encourages customers to post positive reviews ONLY on positive customer support interactions. Vodien is NOT a good company to deal with, they do not get the basics of their DNS hosting correct and simple things like A records, MX records and TXT records do not work because behind the scenes their systems are all based on acquisitions, so they don't talk to each other. Updating a CheapDomains DNS record in the Vodien interface fails, EVERY TIME. Going through support leads to no progress quickly. It takes weeks to get anything done. If you're Australian - DO NOT USE VODIEN.
