It was a nice experience with SVT team. I enjoyed my programme from the beginning to end. I had opportunity to grow my skills and knowledge in the field. I will always recommend SVT to my friends.

Excellent service from a great company. I was able to submit my coursework easily with the platform and the assessors / trainers were great at offering advice and guiding me along my journey. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a great experience by using SVT Ltd for my diploma course.
The people working there were very helpful and nice. I will definitely use them again for my Level 7.

I enjoyed doing my course but didn't really have the support. I was left alone to get on with it. I felt there wasn't any support as it takes them a while to reply also, had no messages from them to see how I was doing. I was not aware of what support they can offer. I learned how to use the learning assistant by watching YouTube video they have sent to watch I didn’t find that helpful at all.
They need to make the learning assistant easier to use to navigate there are too many steps to reach the destination. There were so many steps I needed to do to upload a documentations of that unit half a time it wouldn't upload.
Messaging service was very difficult to use at times it need to be easier and a simple way I have left messages and they have been in put in separated part, so the assessor does not see them. They should invest in to an online chat service for those who have disability to speak to their assessor rather than just email only.
There was no clear information of options we need to pick as I was not aware that I needed so many of A&B to gain credits. It says pick your options but not how many credits of certain ones. This had led me doing unnecessary work that was not needed. I submitted my work in and taken 3 months for them to confirm it was completed with the IQA, with a few emails to see what is going on as if it a reminder I am waiting.
I wouldn't be recommending them to others.

I have been undergoing my Level 5 Diploma for one year, at first I had my doubts about being able to finish this, but my assessor helped me in the right direction and finish the course. I am glad that SVT gave me the opportunity to complete the course, as this has helped me to gain more knowledge and helped me to understand certain aspects of my job role. The online portfolio was easy to access and there was always a tutor available if I needed help during the course.

I completed my level 4 management course in just over a year and I loved completing the course. The course is so flexible which I found great and although a lot of it is more self learning, it is still so beneficially and I really learnt a lot from the course, I feel my practice in work has improved greatly and even helped me in my personal life. Cheryl and Mike were great to work with, they were both so helpful over the course and I really appreciated it.

SVT training where a really good learning provider, offering the opportunity to complete my level 7 remotely with the support of an online portal and an excellent Tutor Mike Watson, his friendly approach along with vast experience gave me the confidence to keep going when time and commitment were lagging. Thank you again for your support on helping me achieve my goal.

Have just completed my Level 6 Health and Safety NVQ Diploma with SVT and found their professional approach, help and coaching to be fantastic throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for them from the initial onboarding to the feedback and guidance through the tasks and units and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Colin - June 2022

My experience at SVT LTD has been exceptional, I did 5 & 7 diploma in leadership and management and in strategic leadership and management , the service and support that I was given throughout the course was incredible, Cheryl and Mike are the best teachers I have ever had. Strongly recommend both qualifications and school as the service and support are impeccable

I start my Level 5 in Health and Social Care absolutely rubbish i have spending over 3000 pounds stay away guys.

I would like to thanks SVT team for their professionalism, I enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The content is well organized and SVT provided exceptional support throughout the duration of my NVQ Level 6 Diploma in OHS. My special thanks to Matt king and Ian McNamara for their constant guidance and great feedback when I submitted my units for review.

I have recently completed the L3 Health and safety in occupational health course, the tutors were fantastic and very supportive throughout the course. The online portal was user friendly and easy to navigate. Would highly recommend.

Level 5 - Management and Leadership in Residential Child Care
I have just completed my Level 5 Management and Leadership course through SVT.
The online course was easy to navigate and was linked to good resources.
I was particularly happy with the support that I received from my tutor. I wish that I had engaged with her better from the start of my course as it would have made completing the course easier. She was knowledgeable and approachable.

SVT were brilliant. They tailor made this course to suit my needs. They were there for me throughout. They were really helpful and accommodating to my needs. I would have given 5/5 if it wasn't for a few login issues that I had, but I can't praise the team highly enough.

Lots of support and help from the assessors. Ian helped put me at ease for the verbal communication questions element. Online portal took some getting used to as it was new to me, but once I turned on notifications it was much better.

I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend SVT!
