I bought my wife a peal necklace and matching bracelet for Xmas.The bracelet broke within 2 weeks and the gold necklace is turning silver.It so bad considering how much I spent on these items,I would never recommend Vivienne Westwood to any one stay well clear.

Nous avons offert les boucles d'oreille "Mini Bas Relief Earrings " sur le site Internet. Après avoir déboursé une somme folle pour l'envoi, nous l'avons reçu dans un emballage très peu protecteur. Après six mois d'utilisation, une tige bouge, rendant impossible l'utilisation de la boucle d'oreilles. Nous avons contacté WestWood qui refuse toute réparation, indiquant que les boucles d'oreilles doivent être mises dans des conditions strictes (ne pas dormir avec, par exemple). Comment voulez-vous dormir avec ces boucles dont la tige est immense? Nous avons tenté une réparation près de chez nous. Problème : ils ne réparent pas le laiton. Ah oui! c'est du laiton. 120 euros pour du laiton. A fuir !

I ordered a Mare necklace and chain , didn't take it out of the box.
I few weeks later went to wrap it up for my daughters 30 th and I cried as the chain was blue and discoloured and the whole necklace was in a shocking condition.
Customer services where not very helpful they said I must have got sweat on it or perfume .
They would not exchange it or refund so I'm stuck with £192 necklace that's worthless! So sad and angry never worth the money .

Webshoppen sender en vare, som ikke ligner det på billede. Jeg forsøger at sende retur, men de påråber sig, at de har skrevet i betingelser, at øreringe ikke kan returneres.

Jeg sender uåbnet retur og de modtager den, men vil ikke sende pengene retur. og de vel endda have penge for at sende den tilbage.

SÅ pas på med at handle her, da de ikke lever op til forbrugerlov mv. og ikke yder nogen kundeservice. Den eneste webshop som ikke tager uåbnet øreringe retur. Håbløst.

Très grande déception concernant la boutique Vivienne Westwood du McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny.

Un article acheté comme cadeau s’est avéré trop grand. Nous nous sommes présentés en boutique dans le délai d’échange affiché (30 jours). L’échange a été refusé par la responsable au motif que l’article « sentirait la lessive », sous-entendant qu’il aurait été lavé, ce qui est totalement faux. L’article n’a jamais été porté ni lavé, seulement essayé quelques secondes.

Aucune preuve n’a été apportée, uniquement une supposition, malgré notre bonne foi. Pire encore, le ticket de caisse original a été conservé sans échange ni remboursement.

Depuis, malgré de multiples démarches (appels, mails, service client, et même un signalement officiel), le magasin ne donne aucune nouvelle, laissant penser à une volonté de faire traîner jusqu’à l’expiration du délai.

Un comportement anti-commercial, un manque total de professionnalisme et de respect du client, indigne de l’image d’une marque de ce standing.

Je déconseille fortement cette boutique.

Really poor customer service, earring broke after wearing twice, completely dismissed this as a manufacturing issue and that someone had clearly forcefully bent it.. no compassion, no care for customers. Avoid this brand !

Purchased a Mini Bas Relief Pearl Choker as part of a 18th birthday gift set for my daughter. The necklace arrived faulty and unsafe — the clasp could not be opened or closed and a sharp metal wire was protruding, causing a minor cut. The item was never worn.
For a brand positioned as luxury, this shows serious quality-control failure. The issue was handled via refund only, forcing me to return the item, reorder separately and pay additional shipping, losing both time and money despite the fault being entirely theirs.
Beautiful design, but premium price without premium quality or service. This experience completely undermined my trust in the brand, and I'll likely NOT buy from Vivienne Westwood again.

Shocking experience with Vivienne Westwood, told it was possible to get a refund when making a purchase but then rejected when trying to make it!

Would not recommend the jewellery at all. Just purchased an engraved ring that is not at all as it looks on the website, the photo leads you to believe that the engraving is black, it is barely visable and might as well be a plain ring. Over priced and poor quality. Never again

I have been gifted 2 necklaces and 2 sets of earrings for my birthday, the value of these items over £700 and all have broken, the earrings are missing stones, the backs have snapped off, Vivienne Westwood is poorly made and the customer service is awful— made a purchase of my own and wasn’t even given a box nor a dust bag in the store, and instead of a new piece of jewellery from
A box—a display and test piece worn by others. So so so disappointing!

Absolutely appalling experience - purchased a card holder for over £110 which was originally priced at £180 back in June and in just three months, the leather material had worn so badly.
I took it into one of their stores in London where I waited 45 minutes to actually get into the store to then initially be told there’s nothing they could do until I pushed back slightly and a manager came out to assist. They took photos of the card holder and then sent it to the manufacturer to review if it’s an faulty product where the manufacturer then deemed it not a fault on their end even though I had taken care of the product and it hadn’t even lasted three months.
The only thing they could offer me was a discount on my next purchase and nothing else.
When I then contacted customer service, to explain I wasn’t happy that this well known brand was willing to accept customers to pay for poor quality products, management did not even take the time to respond to me directly and said the decision was final in that they could not do anything.
I am so disappointed in this brand whose values supposedly are ‘buy less, choose well, make it last’ and yet they don’t seem to live up to nor demonstrate these ‘values’.
I have bought products from much cheaper retailers than this brand that have lasted way longer which is shocking. The fact that a ‘designer’ brand makes such poor quality products and evidently values money over customer satisfaction is absolutely wrong.
Performative brand at its finest. Don’t waste your money. There are so many other brands out there that offer more original and better quality products at a fraction of the price and also better customer service delivery.

J’étais une très fidèle cliente Vivienne Westwood. Parmi mes nombreux achats, un de mes pantalons préférés a complètement décoloré après un seul lavage à 30 degrés, mode délicat, lavé à l’envers. Je contacte le service client qui me réclame des photos du pantalon sous tous les angles pour finalement « estimer » que je suis responsable de cette décoloration. Cette marque n’a aucun respect de ses clients, même les plus fidèles.

I made an order for the orb bracelet back in June as a prom gift for my son they sent me the necklace which he has, an weak apology was offered and to send the item back at my expense and inconvenience. They offered a 10% discount on my next order which I challenged we settled on 20% but I didn't not have a prom gift for my son. I reordered the orb bracelet on the 4th September for his birthday he has worn this bracelet approx 5/7 times and it's tarnished I got in touch with CS and they have the cheek to tell me iys wear and tear in less than 8 weeks.

Avoid disgusting customer service and poor produce that which is cheaply made

Order earrings and top. The top i returned. I then got an email stsyingvthe top was stained and not in condition sent. I challenged as I hadnt even tried the top on, they returned it refusing yo refund me. Once returned it has two tiny white marks, which easily brushed off (deodorant i presume) but they are refusing to accept back or refund. Hideous customer service, im just glad it wasnt a more expense piece. Will never buy from vivienne westwood online store again, this felt like total game play in order to not give refunds.

Terrible scam. Jewellery starting at 120€ or more being the lowest quality I’ve ever seen made of copper. I wonder if they have no guilt to sell it for this much. Same story with clothing. Wow… what a sh*t! And bags? 700€ for fake poliester leather. Lower you can’t reach.

I was given a "special age" Vivienne Westwood jewellery gift from a group of friends so excited as I love the brand. However it was a set of pretty hair clips that I just wouldn't wear. So I contacted the company to swap for exactly the same price and something I would wear - thoroughly aware time had passed over the return period due to me being away for my actual birthday and opening presents when back.
I had the online receipt, untouched product in its box, and a truthful explanation of my issue. Because the item was now over the return period they refused to even consider my request. I sent photos to show no damage and repeated the fact I only wanted a straight swap - something I could even do in my local store.
The customer service team were so unhelpful - refusing to exchange for the same price in matching earrings. I did not want a return but just a simple swap! Which begs the question of their Vivienne mantra for less waste. What on earth am I now going to do with a piece of jewellery I cannot wear?
Obviously their customer service team thinks nothing of customer service and only the basic policies - which means they have no creative service skills.
I have bought many items over the years from the brand and would now think twice.
Would not recommend this band for service.

I recently bought a Vivienne Westwood Orb watch. It's absolutely beautiful but it pinches the hairs on my arm and is so irritating. I have resorted to shaving the hairs on my arm but it still pinches.
I have had it altered and it couldn't be any tighter.
I'm persevering in the hope that it will eventually become more comfortable, but this is just a heads up to others who wish to purchase this watch.
I adore the watch itself. It is so beautiful.

Absolute rubbish! Spent £110 on a 'New Diamante Heart Pendant Necklace' for my daughters 18th. She wore it twice and it made her neck go green! Cheap, nasty, brass chain (you have to go to composition to find this out) and when I complained I was given such a long list of why this may have happened that they may as well have said its for looking at not wearing!! Customer service is appalling and I would NEVER buy from them again. This was meant to be a treat but I would have got better jewellery from Primark. COMPLETE RIP OFF - please don't buy from here!!

The worst jewelry company you can find. Over priced and expensive items for terrible customer service and quality. I received a studded necklace with missing diamonds all over it and wasn’t issued a refund because I didn’t know about their 48 hour notice period. Literally scammed me is broad daylight I wore the necklace one time.
