I never used Vitamin go before as I normally use Dolphin Fitness. However they did not have he item I require but Vitamingo did. I ordered the item at fair price, and received it within 3 days of ordering. Very happy.

Huge range of medicines
I was desperately trying to get some tablets which were almost impossible to find on all my regular medicine sites. Found them on Vitamin go website, they had a huge range of medicines. Would definitely recommend. Tablets came quickly and well packaged. Will use again.

Sealing of product damaged
Sealing of product damaged. Company claiming that it's my issue/fault. But not possible for me damage heat sealed area and I had not dropped the product to cause any damage. Got told to us sellotape to seal it back. The person I spoke to claimed I was being rude and said I don't care who you are, even though I had not made any comment for that reaction.

Very efficient, and a great product...
Had some issues with the delivery company delivering to the wrong address, but vitamingo speedily sorted the problem. 10 out of 10 for efficiency and also a great product.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I haven't received my vitamins, an explanation from the company as to the delay. Nor have I received a refund. I am very disappointed.

Proper Garbage,
Received an email from this company asking myself to review an item that I unfortunately purchased from this company.
So I left a negative review as the item was overpriced and the postage and packaging for the item was overpriced also. Guess what? They’re not publishing the review on their garbage website, as of course it impacts sales on an excrement product.
Take my review here as what it is it simply me exercising my right to give an honest opinion.

As my colleague explained to you that the reviews are not handled by us but a third party service to make sure all reviews are legitimate, any negative feedback creates a support ticket for our customer service to reach out to you to see if we can help you with the negative experience regarding the product/service.
