Customer service is brilliant, issue in returning a product for an exchange, not company fault and they were unable to locate return, but still sent me my replacement product.

Love the effects of the mushrooms as I currently take a five blend, Lion's mane and reishi mushrooms. Love how the packaging is eco-friendly which you get the ethos of the company.

I have or now had a subscription (as it's been cancelled), money was paid and taken a week ago. I've had no order updates, chased multiple times with no response to anyone. There's no contact number to speak to anyone. I understand they're a farm but if you're going to run a business and take money for products there should be some basic service in place to make sure if money is taken that the order is processed in accordance to your own delivery policy. Failing that at least monitor your routes of contact for any potential emails from customers. Anyway, seems to be no customer service for this business. Good products if you receive them but otherwise, they're no good. Will have to contact my bank to get my money back as not sure what else to do.

I signed up with the wrong email for my subscription and contacted customer service. They were so quick with their response, friendly and helpful. Sorted out all of my problems very quickly, there was no frustrating conversation with an AI chatbot just a nice helpful human.

The lions mane works. I’m unmedicated ADHD and this really helps! Consistency is very very key, so I keep bottles everywhere work bag, kitchen, bed side etc.

I have to say, I love these tinctures!

I have the 5 Blend and Reishi on a subscription plan and I would not be without them. I have left it around 6 months to leave a review as I feel I can now leave one honestly.

The 5 Blend has been a game changer for me, I take it in the morning, either directly under my tongue washed down with a morning drink, or mixed into my glass of squash. If I don't take it for a few days, I can definitely feel a difference in my ability to process things clearly and just cope with the stresses of normal, everyday life!
The Reishi tincture I take at night before going to bed and again, I do feel this positively affects my ability to wind down and sleep better.

The website is extremely easy to navigate and use and the subscription feature takes the hassle out of having to remember to reorder, you can even change the dates if you need to - excellent idea! You even get free gifts with every third shipment - amazing way to reward loyalty and very much appreciated.

For me, these tinctures from Mogo Farm are exceptionally good value for money, especially for the size and quality of them. And with so many to choose from, there will be one to suit your lifestyle.

Loved the products, but not the customer service. Requested to cancel my subscription before it was posted, didn’t get a reply for a few days after which they refused to cancel the order. Very frustrating :(

Excellent products, i love my Reishi mushroom, I also love how I can change my delivery day to suit me, I also get a reminder from Mogo to remind me my delivery will be sent out.
