Really happy with my order, these are a nightmare to find in the UK, normally pay a lot more from the US and wait 2 weeks for delivery

Everyone be careful especially about date one years ago I bought one vitamin was out of date I’ve tried to call them they didn’t answer me after few emails they answered. Also this year I bought multivitamin for fertility which is coasting me £76 the date was removed firstly I said it’s ok but when called to company they said even the bottle for vitamin changed now it’s look very old. I’ve returned but again nobody answered very funny even they don’t care about regular costumers

Received item damaged. Item was sent in an envelope and when I contacted them they said we send out all items in envelopes. The item I ordered was a gift and the box and item itself was in an unbelievable state. Unhelpful customer service - they offered to send me a spare box in the post. What a joke!

I strongly advise you all do not purchase on here.

Take a long time to reply, don’t respond to the questions I asked as they sent me incorrect tablets that’s were supposed to be for a child not an adult! an expiry date that ran out in June 2024 only just received them in April 2024! Offered 20% off? I’d rather have tablets that have a long expiry date that I’ve paid for!
Shame because I’d heard good things about this site..

Hola realize un pedido el día 8 de abril, no se nada de él, no responden a los correos ni al chat de la página, pésima atención al cliente, el pedido pagado y confirmado por la página con un correo donde indica el número de pedido, una estafa en toda regla ni se dignan a contestar

Terrible ! Received product badly damaged no apologies for this or immediate refund had to keep on for a response Awful customer care lost my money and have no product has have to jump through hoops sending damaged product back Why when given photos and information what if gets lost in post on return ? Then say id no sent it very bad service
