Eine Bestellung kam nie an und die andere kann nicht retourniert werden ohne selber erhebliche Kosten zu tragen. Design und Qualität mag gut sein, aber ich rate dennoch jedem ab hier zu bestellen. Vertraut mir🫡

Hello Vitaly. I placed an order with you before Christmas and this has becoming quite upsetting a difficult. I was very excited to wear pieces I ordered. When I got home I was very excited to get my package, then when I got home and noticed there was no package or note for me to collect from the postal shop I started to stress, I contacted the postal service who sent me an image of my parcel left out the front of my building which had me absolutely stunned. I looked around the front of the building frantically and could not find it. I have been quite offended that the blame of this has been placed on me, I saved my hard earned money and have been very patient given the circumstances. No one is taking the blame or helping me at all. The postal service said that it should have been sent via signed post for me to collect from the post office which it was not. Instead it was left out the front of a block of apartments. You’ve not offered me any help at all. I don’t want a refund or anything I just want what I paid for and ordered. Please can we resolve this as this has really caused me quite a bit of stress and upset. I have spoken with the post office numerous times who have stated they are sorry and have had a large amount of packages stolen, they have at no point said that there is any ‘proof’ my order was successfully delivered. Please just stop with this game and do the right thing. I am not a bad person and I don’t deserve this.

Schlechte Qualität! Ring von VEU89015 bereits nach zwei Wochen kaputt. Der Stein hat sich komplett gelöst und ist abgefallen, trotz keiner Außeneinwirkung. Für den Preis absolut enttäuscht. Die Produkte sind sehr schön, werde aber wegen den Qualität nicht mehr bestellen.

Great delivery and always packed sublime. I wanted to make an adjustment to an order once and was helped super fast with both a call and email confirming the change.
The packaging is also very luxurious at still an affordable price.

I recently had an order arrive for two rings I bought. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, one of the ring models was swapped and I received a different ring alongside one of the original models I ordered. Two emails and a quick pic to the support team and I had a new order number and shipping tracking for a replacement ring of the correct model. This took all of 5 minutes. Super efficient and helpful! Reasonable steps to prove issue and provide a happy outcome. I’m glad that Vitaly has great customer support staff to accompany a brand with amazing designs.

My necklace broke but they were super accommodating in helping me get a replacement. I was also very surprised on how fast they responded and was able to approve the replacement. I thought I would have to wait a day for a response, but it took less than an hour

Deeply disappointed, I had always wanted to try their chains and earrings and finally managed to put my thoughts together and placed a £400 order with the items I wanted.
After almost 1 week of waiting for my order to be shipped their customer support advised that they’re gonna have to reship the items since they don’t know what’s happened to my package, I said that’s fine and go ahead with the reshipping, a day later there’s another email saying that one of the items isn’t in stock and asked what do I wanna do about it. At this point I knew the items are not gonna arrive on time for my event so I asked them to cancel the ones not in stock, 3 days passed and I got yet another email from them saying that a different item isn’t in stock now!?!?!? Like honestly how hard is it to get up your chair and go check your stock, pack that thing and print a label and assure your customer that the reshipping is going to happen? So after all, over 2 weeks passed and they kept my money they wanted to know what I wanna do again? Obviously at this point I asked them to cancel the entire order and refund. without any proper explanation or apologies they sent an email saying here’s your money bye. (basically f off)!
Shocking organisation and truly awful service.
It would have been nice if they at least offered a compensation or send out the items with a discount at least after holding my £400 for over 2 weeks :/

Order did not arrive (tracking said it is in the mailbox but it was not), no help from the customer service.

-always in love with the design and product quality, never had a problem with and of the pieces i‘ve got.

Great items, quick delivery and a very friendly support team

A week ago I wrote a bad review of Vitaly and I honestly have to apologize. I placed an order but canceled it because I got the wrong size, so they were going to refund me but the money didn't appear in my bank account. I complained to Vitaly and they very kindly responded to me many times that the refund had already been made, and that was true. The culprits were the people who work at my bank and they did not explain to me well what was happening. So, sorry Vitaly, because the truth is that I am a big fan of all their products, they have top quality. And maybe if you are in Latin America like me, the prices may seem high to you, but I assure you that they are worth it and if you use them, you will surely receive more than one compliment

With a recent order from Vitaly Design, I've had to contact their Support Team twice, at no fault of Vitaly. The first time I contact support was because I forgot to use a coupon code I had received. They very quickly resolved the issue and I was able to receive my goods at a discounted price. The second time I contact support was due to some of my order going missing during the international postal delivery (damage to the bag). Support, again, very quickly resolved the issue and agreed to a one-time good will gesture of resending the missing products. In both cases, the resolution of the issue was very fast and my best case scenarios. On top of my support experience, the pieces I own from Vitaly are also really great quality and have lasted a long time.

I love the pieces i got from them. ngl they are pricy for my budget but the quality is so good and i‘ve been wearing my rings and chains so many times and got so many compliments for them that i don’t regret it one bit. they have sales every now and then so i recommend taking advantage of those! (already did several times)
